My experience with Acture has been…

My experience with Acture has been extremely distressing.

I am only seven weeks into recovery from a PCL reconstruction. I live in Eindhoven, cannot bend my knee yet, still rely on crutches, and my leg swells when I stand. Despite this, I am being required to travel from Eindhoven to Roermond by public transport, with no car and no medical transport provided. At this stage of recovery, this is not realistic or safe.

I made it clear that I am not refusing cooperation. I asked for an online appointment or a postponement until this critical phase of recovery has passed. These requests were not meaningfully addressed.

Communication has been very poor. Calls are routed through front desk staff who repeatedly say a case manager will call back, which often does not happen. Requests to speak with someone higher up or to escalate concerns are not granted.

After reading many other one-star reviews here, I recognize the same patterns of pressure and lack of flexibility being described. For an organization working with injured people, this approach is deeply concerning.
