This is my go to website for loose leaf tea. The website is easy to navigate, the tea is delicious, and I get enough of it to last for months when I get enough for free shipping.

I have been a customer of Adagio Teas for many years. They have a wide variety of excellent teas as well as an excellent customer service department. Customers may alert the company to certain allergies, and once done, the customer will receive an alert if they are about to order a tea containing that item, such a strawberries. Shipping is can take from 3 days to two weeks. The company offers a wide range of specials to build and keep their customer base. Some teas are exceptionally pricey.

I love Adagio Teas for the variety and quality of the teas they offer. I am a tea drinker and have wide tea tastes. Adagio, surprisingly, has many of my most favorite teas and some new fresh teas that are a new experience.

Adagio is a tea community and so you can get so great ideas on different teas to try. If you are a tea lover, check out Adagio you won't be disappointed.

The teas on Adagio are not only unique, they are delicious! I am having sooo much fun trying new flavors. And I was not much of a "tea person" before I tried their teas. Consider me converted!

Adagio Tea is my absolute favorite place to order tea. Their selection is incredible, offering just about any tea you can imagine, plus a fun section where you can create your own blends. Even better, Adagio has introduced me to so many new teas that I’ve grown to love. Overall, they deliver an exceptional tea experience.

A long time customer, everything about this company is top notch. From the quality of their tea to their customer service, it keeps me coming back.

Some of the teas are quite good, but...whatever you do DO NOT BUY THE TIN. They are at twice the cost of a regular sample but with less tea and in a completely useless tin that causes the tea to spill about as you open it. The tin is completely non-functional causing the need to transfer the tea to another container or bag. I purchased a total of 6 different tins, 1 tin contained .58 oz of tea while the others contained. 75 oz. It's not surprising that it does not list anywhere how much tea there should be in a tin. At $6 each I would have expected a sample larger than or certainly not less than the amount of a regular sample. I will not ever purchase tins again.

First order with adagio (order number 119094 placed 8Mar24 if someone from adagio is reading this). Ordered some teas and a set of 3 yellow tea storage tins but only one tin sent which give a good impression on my first ever order with them. I can find no email or direct way to contact them on the website

Edit - found email on FB page and have been promptly contacted by Uk customer services who will look into it so hoping for a speedy resolution UPDATE 18Mar24, missing tins sent so all resolved.

I have enjoyed Adagio teas for a few years with no problems. Until this last order. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered and no sign of my rea. I called customer service who told me 2 weeks ago that they would ask for a report from shipper. I contacted a week later and was told they would contact me when they have news. I have asked for a refund and no answer back. I have sent off another email today. Wonder what will happen?

Using Adagio.com has enabled me to try so many different teas that I had no idea even existed!
They sell sample sizes which allows you to discover which teas tickle your fancy, and they are healthy sized samples.
You will find the teas you expect and teas that will set your taste buds all aglow! Go browse and treat yourself.

I have tried over 100 of their teas. They offer inexpensive (yet generously sized) samples of all of their tea varieties. They provide clear descriptions of all of the ingredients in each tea, and seek to educate people about the origins of the tea and the lives of the farmers. Even if I didn't care for a particular tea I tried, I could still tell that it was of high quality (and just not "my thing"). Adagio has a loyalty club that recognizes people who contribute to the community and who are frequent buyers. If you use their website, they'll connect you with "Masters", which are more refined, elevated teas. There are a few that you need to try if you love tea -- check out the Da Hong Pao ("big red robe") Wuyi rock oolong.

There is an extensive assortment, the prices are reasonable, the website is easy to navigate, and the tea is excellent! I have been buying from Adagio for years and never had a problem. Highly recommended!

I've been ordering from Adagio for years and I've never had a problem. My orders have always had what I ordered in them, nothing has arrived broken, nothing has taken too long to arrive, and the quality is always top-tier. I will be purchasing from them for forever, I feel.

Love the verity of flavors and teas we can get

Have been a loyal customer for many years, absolutely loved their teas, advertised it to my friends and family, gave out samples and swore by their quality and brand. I have never had any issues with my orders and until I did… I never knew they had such horrible customer service and offer no help with order issues, should they arise.

I have set my default address that I’ve ordered to multiple times, and this order was no different ordering some tea and some gifts for family on Christmas. I get a notification that the teas are delivered but I have nothing in the package room so I go and check on my order…. Only to find out that it was sent to an address I haven’t lived at for 4 years… I am sure that I responsible enough to check where I ship my orders, ESPECIALLY on holidays.

I contacted adagio, only to be met with very unhelpful options to contact the people who live at the old address to send the product back for refund or spend $20 for UPS worker to come and pick up the product from the old address (which ultimately means that if the people who currently live there are whiling to help out with the process I’ll get my refund and if they’re not, I’m basically losing $70 I already spent plus the additional $20 that I’m paying to have the product refunded)

After voicing my concerns about losing money and asking for alternative solutions, I was met with passive aggressive responses that eventually led to Adagio telling me they will not help me any further and will go ahead and close my account.

I strongly believe that it is the fault of the website since I had no intention of changing the address. Even if the mistake was made by a customer (which was not the case here) the customer service rep should assist with resolving the issue, not send rude emails and threaten to close the account.

I have never encountered such unhelpful, unpleasant customer service at any company.

I will no longer be a customer, and warn others about what feels like a scam at this point, since I’ve read this happen to others on here before.

Adagio tea blends are fresh, delicious and beautiful! The website is easy to navigate, their prices & shipping costs are reasonable and the selection is AHHHMAZING! They give you little extras when you order and everything is packaged in appealing tins and pouches. Just received my 3rd order and couldn't be more pleased.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had in my entire life. And I've been in customer service for a decade. Unresponsive, rude, and severely unhelpful to the point where I feel legitimately scammed. I've been a loyal customer for 3 straight years. I've needed customer service twice. The first time they forgot to send something in my order. It took 4 emails to get them to send it. At one point I was told to "look around outside, sometimes things fall out of the box" ....the sealed box that they mail stuff in. Stuff just...sometimes falls out of???? That is a red flag on its own. Then, last year for Black Friday I purchased the Velocotea kettle for $100. One of the buttons never worked. Which, fine all the others did so no big deal. Then about a month ago I was cleaning it as per the instructions because it had been sitting for a few months whilst it was too hot for large pots of tea. Except the cleaning agent that supposedly was designed to go with the machine (sold separately of course) did nothing and either broke the kettle or the kettle broke at the same time from something else but whatever the mechanism that's in it that's responsible for turning it off, stopped. And it was just...on, for days. Thank god the house didn't catch on fire or anything. But after that none of the buttons lit up so it was impossible to tell if it was on and so it boiled to a crisp a second time. It then ceased working entirley. At this point I emailed the company and was told to "Dropbox them a video of it working" which is ridiculous. Because, you know, NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN YOU TOUCH ANY OF THE BUTTONS. But I did as I was asked. That was over a week ago now. And no further communications from them have been received. Don't buy from them. I only did as long as I did because they had good black Friday deals. But they use plastic tea sachets and have awful customer service. So not worth it. Save your money.

I'm laughing so hard at the customer service rep that responded to my review. That's the most communication I've had from the company in a month and it's still awful. Most companies would look into the case at this point, not constantly lie and throw the ball in my court. I've sent two more followups and still nothing. Absolute garbage.

After much back and forth I have received store credit for the cost of the tea maker. :)

It was my first experience with loose tea and I’m glad it was the prices are affordable and the teas are really high quality with great variety of flavors and types

Abysmal customer service. Don't bother gift wrapping your item. They'll put it in this hideous green box that says "tea for you" on the outside of it, defeating the whole purpose of gift wrapping. When I complained about this and asked for a refund on the wrapping, they defended the wrapping paper as "handsome" and refused to help.

I have had 9 different teas + a sample pack with a bunch of others from Adagio Teas. I'm a fruit tea person mostly but started drinking green teas for caffeine. I wanted something that was easy/pleasant to drink like a fruit tea and have been very satisfied with Adagio Teas.

I think Adagio makes nice quality tasty tea. They have a lot of choice, which is a bit tough if you are like me and easily overwhelmed, but the sample packs are useful and efficient for navigating that. Having out what I like (using the samplers), I find reordering easy and convenient.

I like the citron + citrus mint green teas and their jasmine teas. I also enjoy the fruit teas, although the ones in the pack I got (Orchard Herbals I think) taste pretty much the same :). Some of the green teas from the sample pack were a bit bitter or grassy, but the pack helped me figure out which ones work for me so I recommend it nonetheless.

The custom tea blends are fun. I got one as a gift and like it, but there are a lot so I don't know how I would pick one myself. There is a filtering function to search through custom blends but again a lot of choice and tough to sort through IMO.

(I've been drinking Adagio teas regularly for 2 years so the date I chose is arbitrary.)
