Good dealership to do business with. Purchased a BMW motorbike having seen it on the Internet. They seem like genuine dedent people and nothing has been too much trouble. The bike developed a fault and when I called them, they simply agreed to fix it, either by collection or me taking it to the dealership near where I live. As a fussy customer, I think its only fair to say thats guys have been first class.

From start to finish, from my initial enquiries, subsequent negotiations and eventual purchase of my motorcycle, Adamsons and more specifically Alastair’s, prompt response to questions (even out of hours and at weekends), requests for additional photos/videos, honesty and integrity, showed how and why they have the superb feedback they have. As a business owner myself, I am acutely aware, that even when trying your upmost to keep your customers happy, occasionally you may slip up, or sometimes you come accross a client who frankly, is just unreasonable. In twelve years of trading, I can fortunately count such incidents on one hand. Take it from me, for Adamsons to have absolutely zero negative feedback, demonstrates an enormous amount of effort to do the right thing and go the extra mile. My bike was exactly as described, even given a new M.O.T. without me requesting it. The buying process was as simple and courteous as it could have been, and even the potentially contentious negotiation stage was handled with understanding and respect. The bike was delivered carefully and with great communication and at the agreed time. I’m trying to think how they could improve………….no, can’t think of anything right now. They even offered after receiving a deposit payment, to deliver the bike nearly 200 miles for me to see it (on the understandable agreement that I fully intended to purchase it, if it was as described), but with the offer to take it back, and refund my deposit if I was in anyway unhappy! That’s incredible service, and shows their commitment to describe their vehicles honestly. Alastair said to me he has never had to take a bike back, and I’m pleased to say I didn’t have to break his record. Thank you Alastair, and all the team at Adamsons. Your reputation is well deserved, and I would add my unequivocal recommendation that you strongly consider them for your next purchase.

Having enquired about a bike for sale Dave got back to me straight away providing further details and a short video of the bike.

I was given a very fair price for my trade in and the bike was delivered in excellent condition. They even replaced a tyre for me noticing it was a bit low..

Purchased a 2009 Honda Deauville back in Sept, 2020. I am based in Éire and Dave could not have been more helpful. Any request I had for specific videos showing specific things on the bike was provided without question and allowed me to purchase in confidence. The bike was immaculate and fully serviced prior to purchase with brand new tyres also fitted. All paperwork from previous services and MOTs was also supplied. Overall a very positive purchasing experience and would highly recommend Adamsons if you are looking to make a bike purchase.
