Recently purchased an Android ID7 unit for my BMW E92 from ADC Vehicle Services.
The product may seem expensive, but it is top quality. I did not have factory fit iDrive so this has been a great upgrade. It looks a bit scary to install, and it does take a long time if you're inexperienced, but if you take your time, the unit fits perfectly and is pretty much plug and play. Clear installation instructions are provided.
Service from ADC has been great too. After delivery, I had a few questions regarding wiring up the reversing camera & some of the other wiring. Messaged them directly via their Facebook page and received useful replies pretty much straight way.
If you're in the market for an infotainment upgrade in your BMW, I highly recommend this company & their Android units
