I signed up for AdCritter's free 30 day…

I signed up for AdCritter's free 30 day trial. I do understand that the 150.00 minimum fee is a monthly fee after 30 days. I also understood that I still had to pay for advertising. So, I built a simple one page Ad to be run online. I set my budget and my Ad was / is waiting for approval, but My card has been charged each week since I signed up. So, I'm being charged for an Ad that never ran ! I tried calling them and the call goes start to voicemail. I left a message and never got a return phone call. So, I got very nervous about this whole arrangement and canceled it. They say if you cancel that it would still run your campaign that you set up then cancel when is is finished. When you cancel they DO NOT ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. So, now I have no way of knowing if they even run the Ad. Even if I didn't cancel it I don't think they had any tracking metrics for us as a business wanting to measure the effectiveness of an Ad. I should have checked into their reviews first but I felt that it was safe because they are an app that is recommended by our business software "Jobber". I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR AN AD THAT WAS NEVER RUN.

For businesses like mine

For businesses like mine, it’s perfect to be in control of our advertising. And unlike traditional ways of placing ads and billboards, this won’t break the bank. It’s affordable for almost any business

Thank you for opening my eyes to ad…

Thank you for opening my eyes to ad critter. I had Edge Tabs signed up and then it dawned on me that I should come on here and read their reviews and I am glad I did.
I canceled the subscription before putting in my card information.
Thank you for your reviews and saving me from a scam

I recently signed up for the 30-day…

I recently signed up for the 30-day trial as advertised. I purchased the TV commercial plan for $200. I noticed when reviewing the dashboard, there is no real-time transparency that gives you the buying source of the commercial, the number of times it has been aired, or even the specific airings of the commercial. This important information can be used for various purposes, such as ad verification
audience measurement, and the undesired use of the TV commercial. It can also help to ensure that commercials are aired as intended. So that was a flag for me. I canceled my trial; a pop-up message stated that I could still print my report, but when I tried, it was not allowing me to log back in unless I reactivated my subscription. I also sent a email requesting a refund since only $28 of the $200 was used. SMH

This is a scam site no less

False advertising their 30 day free trial without credit card.
They do ask for your credit card info before creating a campaign.
A true indicator that they are scamming you all the way to kingdom come.
DO NOT BUY>

Hi there, The platform, normally $149 a month, is free to use for the first 30 days. You can see how easy it is to advertise your business with us. If you decide to launch an advertising campaign, that is the point at which you decide your budget and pay.

Charged my account without my permission

I opted for a 30-day "free" trial on Sunday 11/7. I had not even finished "creating" an ad when I received an alert from our business account that we had a $200 charge pending from Adcritter (11/10). I reached out the assigned "advertising consultant" (Lauren) stating that I was billed, I should not have been during the "trial period," and that I wanted an immediate crediting of our account. Lauren responded that she did not handle billing and provided me a billing email address. I sent the complaint and demand to billing (billing@adcritter), I saw an Eric Busby received the email. However, today 11/11, no response from Adcritter and the charge remains on my account. I now have to go through the bank's process of being credited. Be warned.

Hi Mario, You are only charged if you decide to launch an advertising campaign of which you decide the budget. I reviewed your case and saw that we did in fact refund you a few days after you asked.
