I can't say enough good things about Erin and Addy's Vintage. I have followed Addy's on Instagram for a while now, but wound up reaching out to Erin accidentally about some bands that another vendor had posted. It wound up being a brilliant mixup as Erin not only had ample similar rings in stock but better pricing.

Erin goes above and beyond to answer your questions, find what you need and pair the rings you like with others she has. Her pictures are perfect and detailed and her customer service is amazing. She takes everything into account, including how best to ship your purchase so it gets to you in time without incurring extra fees and taxes. Shipping wound up being much faster than I imagined, and the rings I purchased are even prettier in person.

I normally would have had quite a pause making this kind of purchase with another seller - a higher dollar amount, overseas, for something pretty personal. (Wedding bands to stand in for my smaller emerald and diamond eternity band that temporarily does not fit.) But something about Erin made the process seem right from the very beginning. She's very transparent, doesn't force the sale and has really fantastic stock. I love all three of the rings I purchased for different reasons. I really only needed one, but fell in love with three (including one that looks exactly like my grandmother's wedding band).

I had one ring to return and Erin made the process seamless with funds deposited back the moment she received the returned ring. Her instructions for return were impeccable and very clear.

I recommend Addy's Vintage to anyone looking for quality antique or vintage jewelry. You can tell the pieces that Erin carries all have a story - and that's something that's priceless.

I began my search for the perfect vintage engagement ring, which I soon realised was no easy task....
It was after months of trawling the internet that I happened to stumble across Addy's Vintage; I straight away knew I was onto something special, and these guys were going to be able to help me. They had the best range of engagement rings I'd come across so far, and not just that, they were all incredibly good value. It was at this point I discovered the 1940's platinum, diamond solitaire that I'd been searching for; I immediately knew it was the one! I frantically emailed to secure the ring I'd been searching for all along, and Erin got back to me immediately to let me know she'd put a 3 day hold on the ring for me, which was immediately updated on the website - very reassuring! Erin was fantastic from start to finish, we exchanged numerous emails, always incredibly friendly, accommodating and gave some great advice on covert but reliable ways I could get my girlfriend's ring size before my proposal! Erin had the ring resized for me, quicker than was promised, and dispatched immediately by Royal Mail Special Delivery. It came very carefully packaged, inside which was a lovely ring box that did it complete justice. As soon as I opened the box I was absolutely blown away by the ring, despite numerous great photos on the website and an extensive description, it still exceeded all my expectations. I realised I couldn't wait much longer, and proposed to my now fiance two weeks later, atop Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh. It was perfect, she was blown away and absolutely loved the ring, and hasn't been able to stop staring at it ever since. Thanks so much for helping us make the dream come true guys, you truly are the best kept secret of the jewellery world!

Erin was amazing. I was interested in a pair of vintage earrings but never bought something so expensive online. I asked lots of questions and even asked if we could meet up to see the piece. Erin was so accommodating and asked a friend to borrow their office in London so we could see the piece. She also bought a diamond tester like I asked to show me. At no point would she try and persuade me to buy it and just patiently let me try it on. I couldn’t thank Erin enough. The earrings were perfect for my wedding. Thank you Erin!

I received a ring as a gift from Addy's for Christmas and it is perfect! My ex-husband/current boyfriend purchased a lovely sapphire ring to stack with my wedding rings. It is perfect! I then reached out to Addy to ask for details on the age and era the ring was created and she provided wonderful info.

Purchasing from the other side of the world always comes with a level of anticipation - will the parcel arrive ok being the main concern - but with Addy's Vintage, we could track the parcel via the FedEx app and see exactly where it was.

Erin was patient with questions and super quick to answer them. She sent extra pictures, provided progress updates and was generally delightful to deal with.

I was recommended this seller through a friend who has done business with them in the past. I employed their services in finding a special ring for my wife’s 30th birthday.

I wanted to get my wife a vintage ring in platinum (her favorite metal); furthermore my wife had hinted heavily at a Sapphire and Diamonds; armed with this scant brief and knowing my budget, Addy’s Vintage spent considerable time sending me numerous e-mails with rings of different styles from different eras (Modern, Deco, Cluster, Triplet etc) to assist in refining my requirements. She also invested time in explaining the range of colours available in sapphires proving she knows her gems!

All told I had over 15 e-mails from the seller over the course of a month, any time that I asked/posed a question she was extremely quick and polite in responding. She made the whole search for this important present a stress free and enjoyable process (I had been searching on my own for 6 months).

In the end after excellent communications from the seller we narrowed the brief down to a vintage (early Deco) Sapphire and Diamond ring in platinum which was a bit of an ask (on my part) given that platinum was not the most popular of metals in the Deco era.

Addy’s Vintage came up with the goods and found me a beautiful Cornflower Sapphire and Diamond Deco cluster ring in platinum (on budget) that was close enough in size to my wife finger to be altered to fit. The resizing service that they offered was extremely competitively priced and expedient and the ring arrived securely packed and well in time for my Wife’s birthday.

My wife was thrilled with the ring and I am extremely happy with the service from this seller, many thanks, I will definitely use Addy’s Vintage again in the future – Highly Recommended 5*****

Excellent prices and outstanding service.
Over the past 2 years our family has purchased four rings and a pendant from Erin's company at Addy's Vintage. The customer service is excellent, all the items were exactly as described and arrived promptly by registered (Sign for) post. One of the rings was resized by Erin and it fits exactly. Local jewellery outlets charge much, much more for items that are no better. Erin puts a great deal of care into the selection and quality of the stock and is very knowledgable about what she sells. The jewellery is top quality and is exactly as shown and described on the website. We will continue to use Addy's Vintage with unshakable confidence.
