Unreliable phone answering ( Not first time every time). I'm in Adelaide and felt as though I made a purchase without knowing where the listed pick up location was going to be Until 2hrs after payment was made. I was a first time customer without knowing the reputation of this company and I wasn't sure if I was just going to be Ripped off. Why isn't an address and phone number provided of the wingfield pick up location. It all appears to be hush hush secret until after payment is mine? Not very reassuring

Very easy straightforward order and pick up. Would not hesitate to order again

The Service and Staff were All Very Friendly and all I bought was one sheet of structural pine.
From first walking into the office to get my order and then to the store person that attended to my order.
Oh! I was going to cut the sheet in half on bearer's, but the storeman allowed me to cut it on the forklift fork's making my life easier.
Note! in a very safe manner.

Ordered product not available, asked to pay more for larger size product, paid for larger product. Larger product wasn’t actually available, still waiting for refund. Would suggest avoiding and finding a local supplier who actually has the stock you need
