NHS waiting list for ADHD assessments are very long! The process has been much faster with right to choose pathway. ADHD 360 were recommended to me. Having a late diagnosis (at the age of 49) has meant a lot to me, my lifelong experiences suddenly make sense, and the diagnosis is helping me to access reasonable adjustments at work. Just waiting for the medication now! Thank you ADHD 360

I had my ADHD assessment with Claire Matthews and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, she made me feel understood and completely at ease, which is not something I find easy.

She really listened, picked up on things quickly, and it felt like we were on the same wavelength throughout. There was no pressure or judgment, just a genuinely supportive and professional approach.

The whole process felt far more comfortable than I expected, and I came away feeling clear, heard, and reassured.

I’d highly recommend Claire to anyone going through this process.

My whole onboarding & assessment process was excellent. The online systems are great and easy to use. Mel took the time to call and talk to me after showing initial interest (every other provider simply emailed), and I felt so cared for. Elizabeth, who conducted my assessment, was so good at talking me through everything and giving space + her own experiences to talk everything through. I honestly couldn't say anything bad - the whole process was speedy, kind and transparent in a world of providers who often do not show these qualities! Highly recommended for anyone considering them.

I paid for the premium package and received good service until titration. Since then I have struggled to receive any support, despite having concerns. I have had to chase them daily to try and get an appointment. Not good enough!

Stuart, guided me for the assessment really well helped me to feel calm and collected. He listened and understood to my circumstances and supported where needed.

Amazing really listened to my daughter had breaks and time out to rest as was very long..asked so many questions covered so much. Reasured us about certain things felt listened too and so far so good

I recently had my assessment for ADHD with ADHD 360 after struggling for years I finally bit the bullet and had an assessment through right to choose. The assessor Samantha Morgan was amazing, put me at ease and guided me through the process giving lots of reassurances allowing me to speak and share my feelings and experiences. I would recommend this agency to anyone the onboarding process is really easy and it’s so seamless my only regret is waiting and struggling for so long! Thanks ADHD 360 and particularly Samantha.

I can't fault ADHD360 at all; I finally feel that I have been listened to and not fobbed off. The process has been painless and straightforward, and I feel I can finally start the healing process. Also, Clinician Sean Smith was a fantastic bloke and really put me at ease.

My appointment with Imran today was amazing, he was very supportive, understanding, and knowledgable. The pre-appointment process was easy and the discussion post appointment and explanation of next steps and titration for those wanting to go the route of medication was very clear. The follow up call to make sure I'd received everything that we spoke about in the session was also very reassuring. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an adult diagnosis, especially for those who like me we unsure that they'd go ahead with it in the first place.

I had my ADHD assessment with Andrew Roberts today and he was really lovely. He was very calm the whole way through and I felt I could really open up to him. I went with a male as I sometimes find it hard to connect with females and I was really happy I made that choice. I look forward to working with Andrew more in the future.

I didnt know what to expect and was already prepared with disappointment but Emma was amazing, how she spoke, explained and the rapport she built with my son was amazing. You can tell she really cares and has a genuine interest so thank you for your support.

I love these people they saved my life, they triage on severity and I got diagnosed in 5 weeks. I am so lucky and I can't thank them enough genuine heros. Wouldn't recommend anyone else but they they do meds instantly too.

Had my assessment today and what can I say the assessor made me feel at ease letting me take my time to answer the questions I was made to feel relaxed and just be myself, had a diagnosis of combined adhd, been given the option to Medicate if I want to. Excellent service really happy with the whole experience highly recommend

Sean was my assessor and did such an amazing job of helping me keep my answers on track whilst still giving me the space I needed to communicate things that felt really important. I shared that I was feeling nervous and he was really good at putting me at ease.
