I ordered SPECIAL LIGHT HANDBALL SHOES…

I ordered SPECIAL LIGHT HANDBALL SHOES and waited three weeks for them to be shipped, and they never arrived. No one from the store has mentioned this order, as if it were a standard practice. They just send me strange excuses, as if it were some kind of system error. But I don't understand why I have to suffer because Adidas doesn't know how to sell its sneakers.

I advise you not to use their sloppy store.

For those interested, I have all the proof.

They don’t care about the customers at all!

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. The Adidas Canada custom service is terrible. I don’t want to even give any star if I could. While the refund offers some closure, it does not erase the fact that this is the result after I made four phone calls to Adidas and sent three emails to the delivery company.

Does Adidas consider a case closed simply by providing an explanation and a refund? Do you not care about breaking the heart of my young nephew, who was so looking forward to supporting his team in that jersey? Does a giant corporation like Adidas believe that taking away one child's happiness is insignificant?

While the situation cannot be undone, it is exactly because of Adidas's status as a leading global brand that you should understand the true value of genuine customer service. Do I expect too much from the company? Is it so hard for them to provide at least reasonable service?

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service.

Needed a smaller help with one of my orders I was not happy with.

Agent left the conversation.

Tried again a 2nd time with a new agent, but he also left the conversation.

Then 3rd time, this time I finally thought I would get helped, but out of nowhere the agent stopped to answer me.

I am done with Adidas. Good to see them are doing so bad at Trustpilot, my experience mirrors everyones, feels good!

Do not buy personalized items

Do not buy personalized items. I purchased a personalized shirt and was advised the delivery date was in 14 days. After the delivery date I was told there was a delay. Spoke to a customer service rep who showed no empathy I then spoke to a supervisor who told me I may have to wait 4 weeks. I will never buy addidas again. It’s out of style anyway smh

Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering directly from Adidas.

I placed an order on June 20 and later received an email saying it had shipped early and would arrive on June 25. When it didn't arrive, the carrier informed me that the package had been returned to Adidas and that I would need to contact them directly.

Since then, I've contacted Adidas customer service multiple times, but instead of receiving a solution, I've repeatedly been told to "wait." I was first told that the carrier still had the package (despite the carrier telling me otherwise) and that I would receive a follow-up that same day. That follow-up never came. When I contacted Adidas again, I was simply told to wait several more days while management investigated, without any explanation of what had happened to my order or what Adidas was doing to resolve it.

The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication and accountability. I've received conflicting information, had to repeatedly chase updates myself, and each interaction has ended with another request to wait rather than any meaningful action or clear resolution.

This order was a gift, and nearly two weeks after placing it, I still don't know whether I'll even receive it. Delays can happen, but customers deserve clear communication and proactive support. For a company as large as Adidas, I expected a much higher standard of customer service.

Unable to Return Item Due to Website Error – Order AIE91170639

I have been trying to reach your customer service for the last four days regarding an issue with returning an item. Unfortunately, no one has been able to resolve it.
For the past week, I have repeatedly tried to process the return through your website and app, but the return section is not working. Every time I contact Adidas chat support, I receive the same response. The last two agents I spoke with, Trisham and Vida, both assured me that they would contact me “by the end of the day,” but I have never received any follow-up.
I also attempted to call Adidas customer service phone number, but it does not work.
I find it extremely frustrating that a company such as Adidas has a technical issue affecting one of its most important services, the returns process and that it has remained unresolved for so long.
The last customer service agent suggested sending me a manual return label and advised me to contact Adidas again afterward regarding the refund. Given the difficulties I have already experienced simply trying to return the item, I have very little confidence that the refund process will be handled properly.
I will never buy anything online from the adidas.ie website NEVER NEVER EVER

Adidas not prepared. Does nothing to make up for there mess up

Hi my name's Nathan and I wanna express how frustrated I am with this company. I have been ordering from adidas for over a decade and I ordered a germany musiala jersey before the world cup. Now been over a month and after jumping through hoops they say its out of stock when I obviously ordered in stock. They said once I had been on the phone over 30min, all they could do is apologize and set up notifications if it ever comes back in stock. There mess up and over a month to tell me anything and I feel I wont be able to get a jersey at all. Adidas does not care about there customers. You would think they would have a ton of jerseys in world cup season but no and they wont do anything to make it up either. After all my wasted time and now all I am is disappointed.

Don't buy Copa football boots

Don't buy Copa football boots, bought it twice and it didn't last. 1st pair (red strips) last less than 1 month, the fusionskin gave way.

2nd pair (black strips) last less than 2 months, basically boots open up and there's a hole in the boots!!

Buy at your own risks. I had requested for refund and hope to use the money for other football boots. My request was rejected, I was so disappointed, that the boots lasted 2 months only.

I'll stopped patronising them and switch to other brands.

**Order Number:** ACH90565214

New update:
"Following the PayPal resolution, adidas continued sending automated emails stating that my case was being closed and inviting me to complete a customer satisfaction survey. As the matter had already been resolved through PayPal rather than directly by adidas, these messages only reinforced my impression that the case had not been handled in a coordinated way."

New Update:
Having exhausted adidas' own complaints process, I escalated the matter through PayPal.
After reviewing the evidence, including the condition of the parcel, my correspondence with adidas and the steps I had taken to resolve the matter directly with the merchant, PayPal awarded me a partial refund of CHF 20.00. This was the only meaningful resolution I received.
For me, this demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of customer care.
Customer care is not simply apologising after something has gone wrong. It is about taking ownership of the customer's experience, respecting the customer's time, and proactively putting things right. A premium brand should not ask a customer what resolution would restore their confidence and then ignore the answer.
I hope adidas reviews both its packaging standards and its approach to customer service. Premium products should be matched by premium customer care.
One final thought:
"Respect is not measured by how a company behaves when everything goes well. It is measured by how it responds when it has disappointed a customer. Those who understand this will discover a new frontier called respect."

Original problem described to Adidas in actual emails between Adidas customer support:

**Order Number:** ACH90565214
**Customer Service Case:** 100623135

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has completely undermined my confidence in ordering directly from adidas again.

My order (ACH90565214) was delivered in a shipping box that was **not securely sealed**. The parcel could easily have been opened at any point during transit, allowing the contents to be accessed, handled or even removed without any obvious indication of tampering. For a global premium brand, this is simply unacceptable.

I immediately documented the condition of the parcel with photographs and contacted adidas Customer Service. To their credit, they opened **Case 100623135**, acknowledged my complaint, apologised, and confirmed they would investigate the matter.

Throughout the investigation, adidas accepted that:

* the parcel arrived in an unacceptable condition;
* my confidence as a customer had been affected;
* I had spent considerable time photographing the parcel, documenting the issue and corresponding with several members of their Customer Service team;
* they had taken internal steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Unfortunately, despite these acknowledgements, the overall customer service experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a premium brand.

At one stage, despite my adidas account being registered in English and every previous email being conducted in English, adidas suddenly switched the correspondence to German. I live in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, making this change both confusing and unprofessional. Only after I challenged this did they apologise for changing the language.

What disappointed me most was adidas' approach to resolving the complaint.

Their Customer Service team specifically asked me what solution I believed would restore my confidence as a customer. I carefully explained why I believed an appropriate goodwill gesture would recognise the considerable time I had invested in resolving a problem that I did not create and help restore my confidence in the brand.

However, after inviting my response, adidas completely ignored that part of my reply. Instead, they simply repeated their apology, stated they had taken internal action, and closed the matter without addressing the question they themselves had asked.

For me, this demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of customer care.

Customer care is not simply apologising after something has gone wrong. It is about taking ownership of the customer's experience, respecting the customer's time, and proactively putting things right. A premium brand should not ask the customer what compensation they expect and then fail to address the answer.

This experience has cost me a significant amount of time and has unfortunately destroyed my confidence in ordering directly from adidas in the future.

I hope adidas reviews its packaging standards and, more importantly, its approach to customer service. Premium products should be matched by premium customer care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This company is shafting customers left and right. I got a gift card from them for a refund, but the gift card doesn't work and they refuse to honour it. the amount is not huge but for a company this size, it's a huge let down to see

Deliberately misleading returns…

Deliberately misleading returns process. When choosing the e-gift. option the website says (in bold) "Ready to use immediately" however this is not the case and you have to wait a week for them to process your return.

The adidas needs to be closing down

The adidas needs to be closing down ! They don’t care about the customer , all they care about is selling ! I ordered a lot online and they don’t follow the promised delivery dates. When i called the customer service support , they are there to receive the calls but NOTHING ,again NOTHING THEY CAN DO WITH ANY PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERIES or any ISSUES. The customer service online and stores are all the same !!! They won’t care about you, all they say is “ there’s nothing we can do. We dont have managers, we dont have way to reach the warehouse , the shipping etc .. “ just wait thats all you can do and do the refunds !!! - it seems like they are so used of refunds as solutions !

Rubbish company

Made my first ever order because they had an item, I was interested in. Got a discount as new customer. Got an email that package was out for delivery, but was never delivered, tracking site said “ready for delivery” for a couple of days but never was delivered. When I contacted customer service, they suddenly cancelled the delivery and sent a refund. They told me, I could order it again (of course without the discount code I had used to start with). Rubbish, will not order from them again, deleted my account

Awful Customer Service

Delivery was arranged to go to a hub for collections that according to Adidas website was open 7 days a week - so delivery was attemped on the Sunday and it was not open , Delivery attempted on the Monday and the hub declined taking the parcel -(this a hub listed on the adidas website )-and that it would be going back to adidas , contacted adidas who were not helpful at all - explained i would like the item delivered to another address - can't do that apparantly - will have to wait for a refund and re-order .
When I asked why the hub has not been removed from there website I was told I would need to do it ??? and when I questioned this just got another un helpful reply .
so this hub is even now still listed on the website for deliveries even though they do not accept the parcels.
When i asked to escalate this as complaint was told this was not something I can escalate to a complaint!!!!
