I made a return and got store credit
and emailed a gift card which I couldn’t use and after emailing them about it, they said I would get refunded but after I sent my information for the refund they never emailed me back or refunded my money.

BULLSHI WEBSITE. please don’t order from here i’ve had literally every package with them get messed up either gets lost in transit or never arrives. i reach out to customer service just for them to tell me they can’t do anything and i lost over 100 dollars. based off the one package i did get a year ago. not very great quality. id use my money and time else where. Customer service needs some retraining in how you handle customers. seriously trash website.

Worst customer service I had ever received. Their website says returns are free for in person drop offs or $5 for mail in returns within the U.S. They failed to include with the exception of some states. I’m not able to make a return in my state, and customer service straight up told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I would’ve considered buying from here again if they offered me any type of compensation, but all they left was a :( face after telling me there’s nothing they can do about it. F this brand don’t buy from here unless you want to deal with useless customer service lol.

Bought once, spent slightly over 100 euros and I insanely regret it. For starters, the quality is just as expected, cheap and nasty, shein quality is the same or even slightly better. The tops are so untrue to size and itch everywhere. Again, the quality of the facbric is disgraceful. Also, the delivery is already around 10-14 euros AND they wont tell you the price of taxes, you'll find out once you complete the order and i got charged with 30 extra euros. 40 euros only in taxes and delivery service. Only to recieve nasty clothes which i won't dare to keep. DO NOT buy in this store unless you're willing to regret.

Ordered form them twice. Pretty good quality clothing which I love and cute styles. Fits a bit small in my opinion not the fastest shipping but nothing I was mad at! No real issues

I ordered two pieces so excited because they are so cute!! Much to my surprise the package never was delivered. Adika was not helpful with this as they sent me
on a rabbit hole of calls which ended up with me disputing my credit card transaction. Do not recommend if you want to actually get the clothes you are paying for.

I ordered an outfit from this company and an additional $80 has been taken out of my account. After placing the order they are now saying this order will be delayed, due to Covid and other shipping reasons. I beIieve I will not be receiving this outfit and I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

My package has been in a delay for 3 days now just in the same spot…
If I would of known it would take a month to get to me I wouldn’t of ordered from here.

Ordered package and says it was delivered but never came. In the email they gave me a tracking number but when I typed it in the website it said it was incorrect.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and will continue to. The website is great, such good value for on trend items and the delivery is good too. A slight issue with colours fading a lot after a wash with some brightly coloured joggers I bought (washed at the recommended temp) but I’m still gonna give them 5 :)

Quality of items is very bad. Order was received after waiting a while, not a big deal. The clothes are either paper thin or just awful material that isn’t made well to the point the order doesn’t look like it’s made with the same material as the models in the pictures are wearing. I would not recommend shopping from here unless you want something to wear only once.

Went to pay for my order and it said “security code was not matched by the processor” but in my bank statements it says I was charged for the order. So I got charged for an order that didn’t even go through and I won’t be getting. Customer service said the transaction will disappear is a few day…okay well I still got charged for an order that didn’t even process it shouldn’t have gone through at all

I’m giving them 4 stars, and here’s why. The shipping is pretty good. They ship from Israel to the US (though they have a store in NYC apparently). It doesn’t take very long to get to me- I’m in Florida and it’s about 5 days from shipping date when I get my items. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the clothes run pretty small. I’m a US 8 in Jeans which is typically large, and the jeans can be tight on me. Tops are hit or miss in size. Cute clothes but I wish their sizing was true.

Also if you get a false order once and contact Adika about it, you will get replies and they'll offer to resend the item to you (which is good), but they are always the same replies and you will keep getting the flase item.
I, for example, ordered a top and kept recieving biker shorts (they both started with 'FLEX' (-crop top / -biker shorts)).
I now have 3 biker shorts and still no crop top, since they kept insisting on me getting the right item next time.

With the 3rd pair of shorts I wanted a refund, because I was fed up. I sent the tag, so they can see that I did recieve the wrong item again, and thankfully I got refunded with the original payment method.

The shipping is quick though (to germany). It takes about a week and is sent by fedex.
The quality of the clothes is quite good, except for white things (see-through and flimsy).
Not sure if I'll rebuy stuff there.

Every time I’ve ordered I have gotten updates from the store and my package came quick. Reliable website with cute clothes!

i ordered my package and only half of it came. days later i received a notification that it wouldn’t be coming. DONT HAVE IT TO BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARENT GOING TO SEND IT. this is beyond annoying but this is only half. i email them several times only for them to say they can’t refund me because it was for sale. So i wasted 20 dollars on a top that never came and they wouldn’t give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

It is my first time purchasing an order at this website. I purchased 3 items on May 17th and I received an email saying shipping label has been created on the 20th and still is. It's already the 26th of May and still no updates. I messaged them on Facebook twice and no respond. Customer service is horrible.

I ordered clothes and a couple of them came with stains and the threading is already coming undone. Terrible quality!!!!

The quality's not that great, the sizes come a bit tight (even though I bought my size), and kind of overpriced for what you get. Better off buying from H&M or Pretty Little Thing.
