Amazing service! Would definitely use them again!

I recently hired Adley and Clayton for a one-time cleaning service, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. The team arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies, and got to work right away.

Hired this company for our end of tenancy cleaning. Unfortunately despite the 5-star reviews, we saw on Bark and Google we were sadly disappointed that the service did not meet our expectations.

I'll start with the good points, Bozhidar was very attentive and friendly when we requested a quote through Bark answered questions quickly and thoroughly. The cleaner was also early which was positive.

However, I had told Bozhidar that we didn't have any cleaning equipment and that the cleaners would need to bring their own. Unfortunately, the quality of the equipment that was brought by the cleaner was subpar. The mop was filthy which meant it didn't clean the floor properly and the vacuum was not powerful at all which meant that the floors were not able to be hoovered properly, the cleaner had to remove the vacuum head and just use the hose which was not effective to cover a decent carpeted area.

Attention to detail wasn't great, I had to point out several things that weren't done properly even though Bozhidar had shared a cleaning checklist it wasn't done to the standard I would have expected paying more than double for an "end of tenancy" clean when really this was just a normal cleaning job. Also, seemed like the cleaner was just in a rush to leave when I told her there were issues to fix she kept packing up as if to leave.

When Bozhidar asked how I thought the service was I explained the situation and he said he would get the cleaner to come back but to be honest it wouldn't have improved anything with the equipment being such poor quality it wasn't going to improve anything. After that, he didn't respond anymore obviously because I had paid for the service so in his mind it was probably fine to just to leave things as it was.

I paid the full price as agreed as I'm not one to go back in paying for a service however I feel pretty ripped off that for 4.5 hours of subpar cleaning that it cost me £170. In retrospect, I would have preferred to pay my normal cleaner this same rate knowing she would have done a better job.

Would not recommend this company for end of tenancy cleaning.
