Don’t use this company for your travel insurance, it’s extremely complicated and frustrating, they only let you claim through their online broken portal, I submitted the documents I thought they needed as it’s not clear what they want, I pressed send three times it kept reverting back to submit your documents, I waited and waited past the ten working days and had to contact them, I was apologised too and he said he would tell them and prioritise the process, again I waited over the ten working days, nothing, I contacted them again, the next day I received an email explaining what is required and that they hadn’t received anything, but a no reply email and told to use the rubbish broken portal again, now saying how busy they are and could take up to twenty days, I think they are stalling so my yearly policy runs out and that will be the end!
Avoid this company at all cost, they are definitely NOT with you every step of the way

Easy to do business with and whilst an increase in premium compared to last year, it was "reasonable". Next year, come renewal (I NEVER auto-renew) it will be interesting to see if Admiral remains acceptable or whether they do like most insurers do these days - which is to "reward" loyalty with exploitation.

Just had a bad experience with Admiral. after notifying them of a recent not my fault collision with no claim made they
pushed up my cover from approx £960 up to £1800, not only that after I mentioned that someone in a supermarket
carpark had scratched my car they deducted £130 from my bank A/c again no claim was made Will not deal with them again. !!

My phone call for a quote was answered , quickly , the member of staff who dealt with me was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, the price I got quoted for my insurance was far superior to my previous insurer , I wish that I had used Admiral years ago !

My daughter’s car renewal as part of family policy was never received even after calling twice. My house ins had my 19 year old daughter as the administrator. Nobody could explain why the errors came about. Very disappointed and will never use their family policy again. Far too complicated.
