Genuinely helpful
I've been with Admiral for several years, because their multicover policy is great value and I've always found them ok to deal with (not too difficult to speak to a real person). I recently had to claim for the first time, a really stressful situation. A couple of small hiccups but in general they've been absolutely great. The process was not too difficult, and the staff seemed to genuinely care what my family was going through and want to help. Matthew and Ben in remote adjusting in particular.

very good service
A patient, friendly and clearly spoken and explanatory operative. Two comprehensive policies at reasonable , if not cheap prices.. I hope I never have to claim but if I do I have some confidence that Admiral will deal with it efficiently and fairly. I like the fact that £250 of the excesses would be forfeited by Admiral in respect of any claim.

Staff. There was a issue with my email address is it was already registered with previous policy. I wanted to deregister the email address from my old car and shift it to the new one. That was requested 1 week ago and no response till now. I try to register with my email address and says no policy with that email address.
