The Air 20 Pro is a reliable bike
The Air 20 Pro is pretty good for the city. Very good value for the money. I used the bike for nearly 2 years, and have made 4000km on it.
Also unlike many other brand, ADO support team is outstanding. Very reactive and willing to help in case of issue (very few issues).

ADO Air 20 Ultra
I am very satisfied with the ADO Air 20 Ultra overall. First of all, I would like to highly praise the customer support. Their response speed, communication, and willingness to help were excellent. They answered my questions quickly, clearly, and handled any inconsistencies or requests professionally and fairly. From a customer service perspective, this was a very positive experience.
As for the bike itself, it feels powerful, solid, and well built. The motor performance is great, the bike rides smoothly, and everything works as it should. You can really feel the quality of the materials and the overall construction. It gives a strong and reliable impression, and riding it is genuinely enjoyable.
That said, there are a few minor points worth mentioning. Personally, I miss the turn signals, which are mentioned on the product page but are not present on my bike. This was a bit disappointing and confusing, even though it does not affect the core riding experience.
The mobile app was also a bit uncooperative at the beginning, but after the initial setup, everything started working properly. Now the app runs smoothly and offers a lot of useful settings and detailed information about the bike, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I am very happy with the ADO Air 20 Ultra. Despite a few small issues, it is a strong, high-quality e-bike, backed by excellent customer support, which makes a big difference. I can definitely recommend it.

Love my ADO 20 ultra
I tried many bikes and after months of research I decided to buy my ADO 20 ultra after watching tons of video reviews online.
My bike is far better than the dozens of bikes I tried, some were more expensive though.
What I really appreciate are the gears that work even if the battery is not on. This is a super important feature as I live at a hilltop, and all the streets taking me to my place are very steep.
I always disconnect the battery in town as is it super flat and the gear do the job without me changing them. It's pure magic!
I am really satisfied with my choice.

Very Practical and Well-Designed Accessories for the ADO Pro 20 foldable e-bike
I purchased the EVA Storage Bag together with the portable front rack for my ADO 20 Pro foldable bike, and I’m extremely satisfied with both.
The EVA storage bag is well-designed, lightweight, and sturdy. It offers enough space for daily essentials while keeping everything protected, and it doesn’t affect the bike’s balance or folding mechanism. The material feels durable and high quality, and the mounting system is simple and secure.
The portable front rack is especially practical. It’s very easy and quick to install, and just as fast to remove when needed. This makes it perfect for flexible use: whether I’m commuting or removing it to carry groceries or other items by hand. Despite being lightweight, it feels solid and stable while riding.
Both accessories are highly functional, easy to mount, and well thought out for a foldable bike. They significantly improve everyday usability without adding unnecessary weight or complexity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using a foldable ADO bike.

A very fragile bike
A very fragile bike. Unreliable. Every day - new problem. Less than 1 year old, have had to change one wheel, cables, pedal and more. Never changed these parts on my 3 year old bike. Lock for battery broken after days. Pulling battery out requires strength. Handlebar needs adjustment every time it’s folded. Noise from the chain. But when it works, it’s really good.

I had a problem with my display screen when it broke after I fell off my bike. The support staff were very friendly and helpful. After some technical details with their email address, when the emails were bouncing back, I managed to get through and the team sorted the problem and promised to send through a new display screen free of charge.
