BAD for used / Ok for new
While buying new stuff you are safe somehow, had an awful experience buying used (Open Box - in my case) stuff. "Open Box" condition drone arrived destroyed, with glued parts, dirty remote controller, and overall purely packed. I don't know how something like that can pass quality control/inspections. I was waiting for delivery more than a week, then 3 days for "express replacement" that never happened, and still waiting for a refund. Was loyal buyer, new stuff - was kinda ok, but once I get some problems, company shows some poor service and communication. Support supposed to be supportive, not only provide hours of talking without solutions
