No abiding by theirs words....

Before they have your monie they are nice and answer all your concerns but, after they got you in the hook, communication goes to 0 won't advise to use them. I am having to order invitations locally cause the wedding is in 1 month and no tell when I will receive the invitations.

Disgraceful Organisation

Disgraceful Organisation. They never answer the telephone. There is no facility to leave a message. I paid for samples and they have not arrived 4 weeks later despite me making contact with the company after 3 weeks of waiting. They then assured me that they would re-send and still I wait. This company have wasted a month of our wedding prep time and I shall tell everybody.
Unprofessional and discourteous service.

Shockingly unprofessional Service

I sent a complaint in on 8th February 2019 to which I still have had no response.
Throughout the duration of my order being processed emails were not responded to and telephone calls were not answered.
Customer Service was absolutely unacceptable. Was given wrong advice before and during the order process which lead to lots of delays and then my envelopes were sent out to me having been printed incorrectly.
There was no urgency in rectifying the issue despite it being their fault.
They have sent me someone else invitations and still have not told me what I should do with them - option being they are collected from me or I throw them away - not very eco friendly!
Having spent the best part of £400 I expected a much more professional experience.
Would not recommend to anyone!

Luxurious invitations received

Luxurious invitations received; good quality paper and a nice little shine to them. it took a bit of time but it was fine. Samples should be free though instead of 1pound each especially that it doesn't allow you to change the wording.

It took FOREVER

It took FOREVER! Both the initial artwork and all the revisions took longer than they advised it should take followed by superlong postage. All in all 3 weeks, demanding reviews a week before I even got it. And then I tried to re-order as I didn't get enough, which is apparently impossible and you have to place a whole new order referencing the old order number, going through most of the lengthy process. Bare minimum is 20 invites which is now turning super expensive.

They're based at Australia and takes 3 weeks to deliver your order. Customer support isn't great either.
