If you are looking for a house,do AVOID…

If you are looking for a house,do AVOID this housing association. The Services are the worst ever. The workers they have working for them ,are really good and professional,its the actual people that answer the telephone and the so called Managers that are useless . If you have a problem etc with a shower not working etc do expect to be without it working for a minimum of two weeks,and that is if your lucky.
This Association does not care about their tenants at all .
I was told once if you live in a more expensive house by the Association you will be seen quicker .
The whole Housing system is a complete disgrace.

Adra phone line has a problem

A member of staff left a message on my landline today asking me to phone back. I tried immediately to phone but could only get a recorded message (American accent) saying "Sorry we could not complete your call at this time. Please check the number and try again." I have checked the number, and tried multiple times to return the call. 03001238084. No result.

Persoonel whi are still sickthat those personnel who have…

I feel that those personnel who have colds or just feeling unwell may I ask them not to carry out their inspections. Remember you visit those with respiratory illness I.e asthma which can result in an unwanted visit to A&E or a stay in hospital on a ventilator..my inspector came in last Friday to inspect me. Little did I know she was just getting over a respiratory condition which she passed on to me..
So please adra tell your personnel not to visit if you are recovering from a cold or other condition until you are fully recovered. It is far better to postpone an appointment than to infect a vulnerable person.
Your guidelines tell you of this please adhere to them please 🙏
Adra you are my social living landlord I rent with you. Good manners are a must .
I feel that I could be on your board and implies a lot of rules for your inspectors.
I endured 3 painful week of bronchitis self medicated and then they requested that I see my GP for a letter that I have haf bronchitis why no explanation as to why ? I risked my health on the 5th December for this heinous letter.

Complaint-handling bullies, and ignores protocol.

By direct experience and by reports by others Adra' s complaint handling is a caricature of protocol.
They accept malicious reports and without investigating phone the complained-about person. They insult the person, calling them "Antisocial", give orders, make threats that "further down the line..." All done in highly gleeful power-mad laughing demeanour.
The complained-about person, whatever they have to say, is totally ignored.
This appears to be Adra staff's standard complaint-handling procedure, and it is causing degradation in the tenant community. How handy for a malicious person to snipe at his neighbour anonymously, with Adra doing their bullying for them.
I give 1 for complaint handling. For every other Adra service a straight 5 for high quality housing and great staff.

What is good about this lot?

What is good about this lot?
So far 5 months in I can’t find a single positive.
Bad book keeping, bad labouring, bad customer services.
It’s just all bad and waste with is bunch.
