Worst communication and service
this is the worst communication and service i have ever experienced. My house had a sewage leak in November, 2023 and Adiraans fixed it, but they made an extra charge for the combi machine. Fortunately I noticed that and after a couple of arguments they eventually adjusted the invoice.
Later on, almost after 1 year, January, 2025, we found the sewage leak at the same pipe at the same area. Again contacted with Adriaans and got an appoitment from Adriaans almost after 3-4 weeks (i.e. on 5th Marh, 2025) at 8 a.m. To my dismay and disbelief no one showed up on scheduled date. They dint even feel the necessity to inform me that they cant come. I did try to call them and even after 4 follow ups there was no show up from Adriaans. this is just unacepatable. every time I called them, they kept saying, the colleague is taking a pause or busy somewhere but not a single time they told me why they dint appear on my adress as per the schedueld appointment. During the last call they even started shouting saying 'I dont know why they didnt show up' as if the they work for other company and not Adriaans.
