The service is thorough; my alarm is left in good working order.
Although it is slightly irritating to be given a TIMED SLOT of the whole day, the engineer does phone to give 15 minutes notice of his arrival, which is very helpful.
The engineer gives a thorough service and everything is checked. I am confident that my alarm is left in good working order.

Jamie Pick was always polite and respectful. I felt completely at ease, comfortable and safe throughout the time Jamie was installing the 7 camera CCTV system at my place. Jamie's presence and support throughout the incident which happened on 27 July 2026, concerning my abusive neighbour of 37, Fulmar Drive, was invaluable and I was most grateful.
I highly recommend Jamie as an excellent ADT employee.

Having made the decision to upgrade our old wired system today we had a visit from Wayne Dickens who did a wonderful job in installing the new system
We now have a new smart home system up and running, which was installed neatly and we were given a comprehensive overview of operating the system

ADT Alarm installation by Glen Clarke
Glen Clarke came on time to install my alarm, doorbell etc. He was very pleasant and friendly. He explained everything clearly, discussed where I would like certain equipment to be placed and explained where other things would be placed. Unprofessional Installation and Poor Respect for My Home
I had my first experience with ADT today, and unfortunately it was very disappointing.
I was not informed beforehand that a trainee would be attending the installation. Although I was told the trainee would only be observing, they actually carried out part of the work. As a result, the door sensor was initially positioned incorrectly, leaving an unnecessary screw hole, and the final installation is not even properly aligned.
What concerned me even more was the lack of professionalism. Before they entered my home, I specifically asked them to cover their shoes because my house is a new build with brand-new carpets, and it was a rainy day. Despite this, they wore their outdoor shoes upstairs onto the bedroom carpets while installing cables.
Throughout the visit, they spent a lot of time chatting and laughing instead of focusing on the work. They also left my furniture out of place after moving it and only put it back after I asked. One of them even sat on my new sofa without asking permission.
These may seem like small things individually, but together they gave a very poor first impression of ADT. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, respect for my home, and attention to detail. I hope ADT takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff training and customer service.

Initial sales contact by Trevor was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to arrange my requirements and get the right solution. Installation was prompt and engineer (Ellie) was capable, friendly and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that two visits were required as not all the required parts were stocked on her van first time. But a minor inconvenience.
