This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. PVZ and these company are scammers. I received last year's so many calls from different numbers. I have rejected many times. I answered grew times. They always speak in German and my German is bad. They always told me that they will send some gift bonus and I should tell them my address. I knew it was a scam. So I never told my address. But I do not know, how they knew my address, they told my address and asked me whether it is correct or not. I just hang up the phone. But I kept on receiving the magazines. I later shifted to another city. But still they send me the posts to my old address even without having name on that post box. After this, they asked me to pay 65€. And I refused to pay. Now this Debitoren und Inkassodienst GmbH asks me to to pay 165€. Why should I even pay for such a scam company. I am going to give a police complaint. Do not fall for this scam. Do police report.

Fraud

I am writing this for every English speaker who fell into this fraud of PVZ:

Some months ago I received several calls (around 20) from a phone number. And after sometime, I picked it up, because I was in job search back then. They asked me three questions about my everyday habits, like if I watch TV, etc. And I tried to reply to them with my beginners level German, after these they told me that they will send me 3 months of free Grazia magazine, even if I said I don't want it, they still continued saying that "it's for free, we will send it". After hanging up, I already knew that it was a scam, but I didn't give them any information about myself and yet they still knew my address (where is Datenschutz?). Around 3 months passed, I never received a single magazine. But I received a beautiful receipt from PVZ, asking me to pay 65€, of course I didn't pay. After sometime, they sent another asking for even more money. And after these, me and my German boyfriend called them, I only wanted to say that I am giving the consent to my boyfriend to speak on the behalf of me in English, they said "Huh now we are speaking English then, bye." in German and hung up the phone. We called again and I said the same sentence in German. After talking to him, they said they will reply to us in 2 weeks, and we should not take it to the court. Of course no reply by email or phone, however, my lawyer told me since they never told me about my Widerrufsrecht, I can use my Widerrufsrecht in the first 14 days after learning about it. And I sent them a letter, they gave me a response by saying they deleted my details, etc. but they still gave me to this Inkasso company. Inkasso company is now asking for around 300€. And I am writing this company another letter with the help of Verbraucherzentrale and my lawyer that they should delete my details, and I won't pay any money.

I don't understand, after so many people giving complaints about these two company, how are they still open and continuously doing this. Next week I will go to police too with everything they sent until now, and probably going to sue them for the problem and stress they caused me.

During my research I learned that they are doing this to mainly English speakers, and old people. So please don't fall for the thing they are doing, don't pay, and take action through Verbraucherzentrale and a lawyer!
