Bought a product on a Monday known for being needed quickly for employment & said it would arrive in 3-5 days, then upon checking shipping 2 days after placing my order it says it will arrive next Monday..so it's gonna take over a week to get here from illinois..since when? like why tf is this package taking so long to get here, unless they were lazy/slow to ship out & for the lowest possible shipping possible so it will take even longer to arrive. Like wtf..really? Never again. Tho at the be fair what should i expect from a site with that kinda name yeah. Anyways if ya 2ant some shit to actually arrive a week out instead of the initial 3-5 day calculated during checkout with no customer servicem, then shop here, they'll have all those bases covered for ya. I was a jerk, guys. A little embarassed about that.

adultvibetoys.COM is a real, legitimate business. I just got a call and talked with them today, after one of my orders arrived. I feel kinda like a jerk for letting bad reviews of a fake copycat site get to my head.

If you ordered from adultvibetoys.IN - you unfortunately stumbled across the copycat scam site. The REAL company has the .COM address, and they sell good products. Really, I just got one of my orders here today. It's fantastic, works great, and has no issues. Perfect condition, brand new in-box, and discreet packaging.

Please don't fall for the nasty reviews of the scam site like I did. I became the very thing I hated, a Karen, this week lol, and I'm pretty embarrassed of my own behavior with the legitimate company.

I hope I can start to make things better by changing my review. I am very sorry for my own behavior. adultvibetoys.COM is a legitimate business with real customer care.

Waited over a month for delivery. They sent an item which cost half the price of the one I bought and was a cheap, imitation product.
Then refused to answer any emails or chat from me regarding th esubject

I went to order a product on Adultvibes.in but as soon as i went on that website the person operating the chat window on that website called me on whatsapp as he said there are many products which are not available on the website due to import and saving custom duties. As i went on whatsapp we agreed to order one product "Satisfyer pro 2" worth INR3800/- to which seller assured many times that they are legitimate. Then i was asked to make payment thought payumoney on which the payment was taken on the name of "AST India Venture" having website by the address indiansilk.in . After which i got order confirmation with product name "vibrating nipple sucker", to which i inquired that why is it a different product, the seller said it is only for name as they want to save custom duty unofficially but i will get a different product which i wanted. After 2 days i received the product which seller mentioned in the invoice and not what we agreed and upon query he turned out to be a fraud and asking for another 5000 to send the product and also i requested to return the product on seller's website within 48hrs of delivery which they have not replied on. Since then there are no replied from them, also a big level scam is going on as can be seen on searching by this websites name on google and various review websites. Attached is a full history of my chat with them which proves all my facts. Their number does not dial and works on whatsapp only. They sell import products hiding from customs and take payment by different venture name, send different invoice and company name is different. Its a big level fraud being going on which i am also reporting with customs but please please process my refund with them as they are fooling people doing everything unofficial and are scared of no one running on many different names and various payment names too.

Good shop with low prices. Responsive and polite personnel. Unfortunately not every items(heavy one) is possible to deliver internationally.
