Very helpful and easy to navigate website. I ordered advanced starter set and the base traps and panels were packed at full size not vacuum packed and crushed. There were no defects and the delivery was on time. The best thing is they actually work and have transformed the sound of my new home studio immediately. I don’t usually do recommendations but would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Accoustics!

Dirty Foam
Just opened the boxes, and all the foam is covered in dirty marks. Completely unusable. Very upset.

I am very sorry to hear that the foam has arrived dirty. We know this product is very easy to mark so we always handle it wearing gloves. We do make sure that the foam always has a face side that is perfect for installing on a wall or ceiling. Could you please send us photos of the panels so we can try to see why this has happened.

500€ order never arrived. They don't answer to me anymore.
I bought 500€ (97€ shipping charges) of acoustic panels more than 1 month ago (March 10) after 2 days the order arrived in Italy, where the package stayed 15 days after have passed the customs. When I wrote to them by email asking for any news about my order they told me I’d have to contact directly the GLS’s agency but unfortunately they don’t have neither a telephone number nor an email address. When I told them about all this they replied saying again that they know it exists a GLS’ number, but every time I call it I don’t receive any response, and a voice tells me the number doesn’t exist. Since I didn’t receive my order at home, GLS sent it again to the UK. I let them know about this and they reassured me telling my order will be shipped again to Italy after they received it. After it arrived to UK, GLS sent it again directly to me without getting through them (March 25). I’m still waiting for my entire order (April 12) that is travelling all around. As if this wasn’t enough I asked them again if there was any news about my order and they told me they would have asked more infos to “Parcelforce” but I haven't received any reply since a week ago. I sent 7 emails! Where are my panels?????????????

We are sorry to hear this review from you Alessandro. I was personally involved with attempting to rectify this issue. We tried to keep you as updated as we could with progress however when we receive no updates from GLS there was nothing new that we could pass onto you except our continued apologies. As you are fully aware we have experienced continued issues with customs control throughout Europe which we have absolutely no control over. From experience we have found that when a customer contacts the GLS in their local area they get much more accurate information in their own language. It seems however in this instance this wasn't the case. The latest update we have had from GLS is that the shipment is once again out for delivery.
