Service was excellent
Service was excellent. Product is thinner than previous orders, its still as described 2mm but previous orders were 2.5mm. Hope this doesn't impact performance. Otherwise excellent.

I found Advanced Acoustics very helpful. I had already checked out there products online and then I visited to ask some questions about soundproofing a flat in a converted house. The person I spoke to was very helpful in giving advice and talking about their products and how to save money. I then ordered online for delivery which went relatively smoothly. The products were as described - good quality and a fair price. I would recommend Advanced Acoustics and their products.

Impressed with the quality - much better than others I’ve bought in the past from different companies. Really dense foam, cut perfectly. Great customer service too - I needed my bass traps cutting into different lengths, which wasn’t a problem. I opted to collect as I’m local, and my order was ready to collect the same day. Don’t waste your time and money by going elsewhere - just use these guys. Highly recommended.
