They are sending me spam and I have never dealt with them. Sending me invoices. They are crooks reading the reviews here so I will ignore this obviously,

This happened a while ago. I was sold a faulty motherboard, bought as new but shown signs of previous use with a rusty PCB. After 2 weeks of use the boot up process started freezing on the UEFI screen.

I've returned the motherboard (in person) to the shop, got a ring to come pick up a replacement after about a week. Instead of getting a replacement, I got the same, still broken motherboard back. The person at the store explained that they were unable to process the return, because a sticker on the back of the motherboard was partially (!) peeled off.

They accused me of lying and trying to swap the stickers with a broken motherboard I already owned. Every time I came into the store the person behind the counter would call his mate to 'deal' with my complaints - same bs accusing me of being a liar and trying to scam them.

I've eventually given up, contacted the manufacturer of the motherboard directly and (surprise!) after sending in the motherboard and describing the horrible experience dealing with this place, they sent me a better motherboard free-of-charge.

After leaving a review on other sites, they left a response, accusing me of being a liar on a public forum and attempted to bury my comment under numerous fake positive reviews - "The boss of this place is amazing. I bought the wrong power supply and they replaced it for free with a 1000W model - John Smith". Well, if that review was true, I do feel sorry for the guy, because knowing this place the power supply will probably explode and burn down his house.

Awful experince. I ordered a hatchimals egg for my son for xmas on 6th dec and still haven't recieved it even though they 'guaranteed' after the first complaint that it would be with me by 23rd Dec!! I'm £88 down because they are not replying to my emails and I do actually want the egg but am clearly not going to get it. Use your credit card in future so you can claim back from these terrible companies that should no way be allowed to continue trading after all of the people they have let down and not actually given money back to.

It is impossible to contact this dodgy outfit. The phone is never answered, emails never replied to and even the fax number is permanently engaged.
I still want the items ordered or a full refund but am beginning to doubt I will see either.
If the situation changes then I will update my comments.

I am one of thousands of people that were taken in by Advance Tec (trading under the name of Savvibuy).

I paid my money to them in good faith for items that I just did not seem to be able to get anywhere else. Not only did they fail to deliver on the guaranteed date, but they then went about concocting a lie, telling people that their orders would be there on Christmas eve.

This was just an act of deception, probably to buy them more time with our money.

Once Christmas was out of the way they then sent out emails stating the following

'Your SavviBuy Order
We would like to apologise to any of our customers who did not receive their orders in the delivery timeframes that were allocated.

We have outlined all of the options below that may be applicable to your situation along with recommended steps to claim your refund.'

They then go on to explain that I should go to my bank and get them to do a chargeback......basically get my back to attempt to recover the money from them.

People are just starting to get money back now, but not from advance tec, it's coming from their own banks. I don't know if advance tec have any intentions of giving that money back or not.....who knows.

What I do know though is that if you do business with these guys then it wont end well.

Just look up Savvibuy and see for yourself.

At the time of writing I still haven't received a refund, savvibuy websites, email servers and anything else relating to them have disappeared......along with everyone's hard earned cash.

I would honestly recommend that you ignore any positive posts as they are probably written by people associated with this company

Bought a bike for my son was suppose to be delivered on his birthday, didn't get delivered that was 2 months ago, called several times, they cut you off, bike was faulty said they would repair and deliver with a £20 discount picked it up did not work, finally got thru after calling several times again was rude intimating and refused to give a refund saying it was NOT his problem and to come in another months time, it's a joke, in the meantime I have a bike that does not work and I'm £200 out of pocket...STAY AWAY!!!!!
Ps trading standards shall be hearing about this!!!!

Including me, whose 3 year old son will not be receiving his Hatchimal despite several emails literally 'guaranteeing' delivery. Whether a conscious scam or severe mismanagement, this is not a company anyone should consider purchasing from.

I'm a gaming enthusiast so I spend a lot of my time and money on this hobby, the guys at advance tec continue to help me spec up the best systems and ALWAYS are the cheapest on the market for me. They've beaten every price even Maplin and Aria couldn't come close! Been using the guys for years, would really recommend!

Had ordered extra memory for my Laptop - But error by friend identifying the specific memory occured. On contacting Advance Technologies in Rochdale, found Staff very helpful & willing to sort out the issue.
Recommended, as have dealt with this Company before.

I decided to ordered a PC case for a friend, I promised that I'd put a PC together for him that was small and compact. (Thank god that is the only part I have ordered from their website, But when the case is such an important part. Sigh!)

First of all the ordering process there is no option for regular delivery it was either 1-2 days delivery £5 something or special delivery/next day delivery nearly half that price of the item...no thanks.

So, I ordered the 30th of Dec 2015 it is now the 11th of Jan 2016: However, someone did contact me on the 4th claiming:

"Unfortunately the case ordered was a faulty return which was adjusted into our online listings by mistake, we do however have more stock due next week, please advise if you would like us to hold the order by then."

I replied the same day, " Yes, I would still like the item, however I want to be refunded £5.95 delivery charges for the 1-2 days delivery.

I was really hoping I would have received it by now, even accounting for NYE."

Not interested in paying for something that hasn't been provided.

So, I emailed them again a couple of days later and then I've been trying to call them ever since don't bother this number:0871 811 8112/3
it is purely for, email footer, and website header decoration.

Only god knows If I will see this Item or my money again. I'm just disappointed and disgusted. I'm having one of those moments where I'll never buy things that are not from a reputable source.

Ebuyer, Amazon and Ebay all have their drawbacks, but at least I know I'll get some of my money back or endevours will be made to put things right.

UPDATE: They delivered on the 12th to my delight,my friend said the parcel had arrived, after all that hassle I was ready to give a couple of more stars.

Unfortunately after now getting her to open the box. It is the wrong colour which is a big deal because all of the parts are in my friends favourite colour and this it is not the colour I ordered it in. *Stress*.

No doubt a result from a rushed delivery, and poor handling.

Whatever you don't order from these guys for the reasons stated above, I have attempted to contact them again I don't think I'll get a reply.

UPDATE: 1/18/15 Finally got through on their 0871 811 8112 number. I have had to send back the item and will not receive the correct one. However I have been promised to be reimbursed for the delivery charges and item.

impeccable service I've just started a business in ROI 25 PC 15 laptops routers cables sever you name it they were brilliant with me ordered it all approx 10th Jan received everything 20th Jan these lads built the systems for me. there manor on the phone was great pure down to earth and its an Irish lad at the end of the phone hi :) Owen and many thank for your help. recommend this company 110% and i will be back for more.the hole process was very smooth.

Been searching every where for the corsair K95 gaming keyboard checked advance technologies website and was showing stock popped into the store and sure enf they had stock well happy would recommend to all my friends

Ordered a sound card and got it next day hassle free great customer service very polite & friendly.

This service is very Horrible thing, don't use it if u can very poor service
after Refund they'r baned me from shop and block me from facebook

cracked the screen on my ipad mini, took to various repair centers and was told its a specialist repair. Done a little research into repairing it myself and discovered the digitiser has a logic board attached which needs to be removed and replaced onto the new digitiser. eventually took it to advance technologies as they came highly recommended for this type of repair and sure enough the guys there come through for me, top notch would recommend to all my mates

Got got my iphone 5 screen repaired, finished with in no time, got my phone back and was astonished with the quality of work that they have done. Would deafinitley reccomend to anyone who is purchasing any form of technology, 5 star if you ask me.

Purchased a MacBook from these guys for work, wasn't too sure at first but it was a smooth transaction.. MacBook went bust after a month, however I went back in to the store and the staff were very happy to help! Took the MacBook from me and replaced it with a brand new one immediately!! I highly recommend purchasing from these guys. Excellent customer service. Cheers guys. Will definitely be back for more. My new IT guys.

Bought a 49cc kids quad bike, the item was fully built and tested by advance technologies, one of the staff members also took his time in explaining how it operates, spot on service excellent item, would recommend to everybody.
