Totally Unprofessional

Hi,We hired an Advocate ( also, a practising Judge at the bar!) but only ever corresponded with a secretary/ case handler.
A big problem came up with our house purchase after finalizing the sale on 22/12/2022 ( no unfortunately for you I,m not an AI generated Bot which you would like confirmation of).
We were then 'advised' if we weren't satisfied to go seek another advocate;( By a legal secretary LKR)
Absolutely unprofessional, incompetent law firm. Avoid like the plague.
