I was sent batteries that appeared to…

I was sent batteries that appeared to be expired. I was told that I was looking at the manufactures date. It made no sense to me being other items we have show an expiration date in the same place.

I ordered an AED and called to find out where it was. I was told my order had been cancelled because it was no longer available. 1) Why did I have to call to find that out? 2) Why was it available on your website? 3) I never received an email showing the credit back onto the credit card. 4) I asked in an email for assistance in purchasing an AED that is available. I never heard anything back.

So far so good

So far, so good. Excellent communication, questions answered immediately, and I got to speak to a real person (that's a plus). As long as the order is shipped and received on time, it will stay five stars. My last AED supply order was delayed by over a month, but I was told that everything that was ordered was in stock and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days; we'll see.

I bought the CPR/AED class, and it went straight to an error page, with no conformation if the purchase went through. So I then completed the order again, and the same thing happened.

Battery was one year old

You sent us an AED battery that's been on the shelf for a year (date on the battery was 10/12/2024). These batteries are expensive and have a strict life of 5 years. At $495 for the battery, it was the equivalent of throwing away $100. Not impressed or pleased!

I tried placing my online order for 2 days with no luck. Then I chatted, and was told to call in and choose opt. 2. When I got an agent on the phone, which was very quick, as soon as was done explaining what was going on, my order went through. Very frustrating!
