Called this company beginning of September for a holiday…they said they would call me back…Adrian Evans called back today 9 October asking if I am still interested!!

Crete paralos…

Really had a great time at the paralos kosta alimia in Crete in Oct 2024. The weather was perfect and went in the sea every day. I love Crete and will return. Paralos hotels are lovely.

Super staff!

I was lucky enough to get my call answered by Martin Brown. He was wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and he's been in touch since the booking to see if he can be of any further assistance. Absolutely outstanding, professional service. Thanks to Martin, I will use Aegean again and recommend.

Booking with Aegean Holidays made easy

We rang Aegean Holidays to try to book a holiday in October this year (2023) and the phone was answered by Maddy Cox. He was the complete professional throughout the length of the call. With the minimum of fuss we were able to book the holiday that we wanted at our favourite hotel in Crete and all was accomplished very easily with Maddy's assistance.

Outstanding service throughout the pandemic.

A great company Stressfree from start to finish.
More importantly this company has certainly showed some of the bigger players how to deliver a quality customer service.... throughout the pandemic they have kept me updated with regular emails, not only that they reply to personal emails from stressed customers within hours, no hassle with a holiday refund that we had to cancel earlier in the year. I highly recommend Aegean holidays if you are looking for a great holiday without complications and a high quality of service.

Absolutely love Aegean

Absolutely love Aegean! First time we had used them last February and can’t wait to book again. Want to get back to Greece ASAP when we are allowed so can’t wait for Boxing Day sale!

We booked our holiday 3 days…

We booked our holiday 3 days beforehand. Kevin Curran was honestly amazing! He is was super helpful, answered all of our questions and we felt really positive about our holiday! The experience thus far has been stress free, everything is taken care off.
