AEG Tools OK Customer Support not OK

AEG Tools are good for there price. The issue the company has is there customer support. Was dealing with someone called Rhea and the amount of conflicting\lying information was frustrating. The issues was simple they shipped me someone else's order. I know where my item went because I have someone else's packing slip with there address and phone number on it. Options to resolve the issue was limited and the courier refused the pickup AEG tried to organize. At the time of writing this there has not been a resolution.
