If you have any issues with your experience, get it sorted there and then.
I raised a complaint to Customer Services about an awful experience at a concert. The response was very slow in coming and was inaccurate.
I queried this, as to all intents and purposes, my outstanding complaint still stands. All communications have been ignored to date. They just don’t seem to care very much.
I would advise that if anybody should have any issues whilst at this venue - get it sorted immediately.
Their terms and conditions state that they reserve the right to remove anybody who is spoiling the enjoyment of another. The stewards, supervisors etc are seemingly not aware of this.
