Poor Product and Useless After-Sales Service

I installed an Aermec air source heat pump in 2013 and it's been very temperamental, needing to be reset constantly. Recently it broke down completely and when I contacted Aermec UK they couldn't have cared less. They didn't return my call as promised and when I called them again I spoke to someone in after-sales who said they were not interested in 'domestic' jobs but they would send me a list of independent engineers in my area - they didn't.

Really bad company

Really bad company. Have an air source heat pump that is broken. My Engineer is trying to contact them about a spare part but no communication.
I live on my own and have an illness which gets worse with the cold. Really worried about the cold weather coming
