Aeromedical Consulting UK Covid Testing Reviews 

Whilst in France I ordered 2 lateral flow tests to be delivered to my home to use upon arrival. Unfortunately the day before we travelled the UK government changed the rules and we needed to take PCR tests. Aeromedical Consulting UK did not have any in stock but they refunded £6.00 for each lateral flow test. I was impressed as the change of rules was nothing to do with them.

On our recent holiday to Norway, we purchased the lateral flow test from Aero Medical for our return, the government then changed the requirements to a PCR test. On our trip we decided to take the lateral flow tests with us to Norway, which was a massive relief to us as the Government had once again changed the rules and we had to provide evidence within 2 days prior to our return in the UK.
We wrote to Aero medical and asked if it was ok to use our kit as our evidence for our return, which was answered very quickly stating this was not a problem.
The process was easy to follow, and a certificate was returned very quickly after providing the details required.
As the Island we were staying on had no facilities for COVID testing we would have been in a very stressful situation of trying to get a certificate of proof for our return and would have likely missed our flight home.
The price of the test was competitive and just for the relief of having this kit was a massive weight of our minds, so I would recommend Aero medical to anyone needing this service as they could not have been more helpful.

The support we received was absolutely brilliant, I am extremely grateful for the support we received in such a stressful time.

We purchased the lateral tests in November, for our trip in December. The government changed the rules, so had to go on to purchase a PCR test for our return. The day before we flew out the government changed the restrictions and required us to have a lateral flow test prior to departing.

The company said we could use the initially brought return test as a fit to fly test instead.

Which was fantastic as we were in Svalbard where there are no testing facilities and we had three connecting flights home. So no time to test elsewhere.

After taking the tests, we realised we did not have the reference number required, we email and receive a reply immediately. My husband then, accidentally selected the wrong box and lost the code, again we email and got a reply immediately .

The form which you fill out online is quick and easy and we got our certificates within 20 minutes of sending off the results.

I would definitely recommend aeromedical. Great service and a great price.

I purchased some lateral flow tests from Aeromedical for our return from holiday but the guidelines changed and I had to the purchase PCR tests( from a different supplier). I was very surprised when Aeromedical contacted me to send a refund for the LFTs. Most unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

Let down by Royal Mail, as it took 34 hours to get 40 miles aon first leg, therefore results took 3.5 days to get results

Purchased lateral flow tests before travelling abroad, whilst abroad the travel rules changed so had to purchase per tests. Partial refund given for the lateral flow tests, no problem very satisfied.

Great service. Would recommend if needing lateral flow tests for travel. Communication excellent when i emailed questions. Only £15 each which is a great price for lateral flows especially when you need 5. I will definitely be using their service again if I need to travel.

I ordered 2 Lateral Flow tests. I immediately received the confirmation number for my passenger locator form and the kits arrived the next day. Unfortunately the kits could not be used as the law changed the following day and PCR tests were required. I received a partial credit for the kits initiated by the supplier (I did not request it) which I thought was extremely honest and worth praise.

It was very difficult to upload all the photos and information. However, the helpline provided support easily and quickly.

Despite unexpected change in rules and huge demand for PCR was processed relatively quickly

We used the company as we needed to visit Spain...easy ordering and payment, tests waiting on our return very simple to use and submit our tests...cost effective as well.
