I'd spent weeks trying to find a good price on an Aeron chair. Not only was the chair I purchased from Aeron International in perfect condition, with the rarer black colorway, and with all the optional features, it was also a fantastic price! The packaging was also VERY thorough. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a classic Aeron and it was delivered promptly. The product itself arrived and seemed to be in top condition, would highly recommend.

There was a small issue with delivery but Aeron International was prompt and professional in dealing with the issue and went above and beyond to resolve it.

Good price, dispatched and delivered within 4 working days and chair is exactly as expected. It is used/refurbished, the only sign I can see of this is some wear on the icons for the arm rest adjustment. The chair itself is spot on.

Ordered a refurbished size B fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron classic, came in excellent condition and with easy to follow instructions on how to put the PostureFit on properly including a little white paper marker to show exactly where to fit the string that pierces the mesh, and came with a free screwdriver for the 4 PostureFit screws which is a nice bonus.
Staff responded to my query very quickly and had a very pleasant tone.
Would definitely recommend, especially considering they beat most other refurbish companies with 2 years instead of 12 months of warranty.

I recently broke the Hip Bolt on my Executive Aeron Chair which meant I couldn't use it. After a search on the web I found Aeron International who sell and supply parts for these chairs. I had a quick chat with Max who was super helpful, ensuring me that they had the correct part in stock. I subsequently ordered and easily fitted the part myself when it arrived a few days later. Really great service, chairs are very reasonably priced and chairs actually look as good as they do in the photos, no marks or scuffs, almost like new, Quick delivery no complaints!

Really impressed with the chair, I couldn't even tell it was second-hand. Shipping was super fast and I'm very pleased.
Just beware the delivery box is quite big to fit the chair so if your house/flat has smallish doors you may encounter some slight inconvenience.

Thank you to Max for doing a fantastic service on my Herman Miller Aeron chair which I’ve had now for over 20 years. After the service was completed by Max my chair now looks brand new with a replacement piston, replace bolt that had broken holding the arm on, so good for another 20 years. Excellent service and recommended.

Great experience with them, got an issue with the DPD, they contacted the carrier efficiently and had the issue resolved the same day. Besides, the parcel is nicely packed and the aeron chair is in great condition. Happy with the purchase and hope they will keep their promise to offer warrantee service in the next two years.
