Had no problems, very fast download and delivery of purchased product.

Finally after a 3 month wait my order was sent by UPS standard delivery 1-5 days. 10 days on and I am still waiting, but there is nothing Aerosoft can do.....and saying the order is TAX free doesn't mean you wont pay taxes and an agents fee to UPS, but they don't mention that. Probably the last order I place with them.

Absolute wasted money to buy scenerys as Airports Seattle X .
Bad help by solving the problems.

I have been a very well paying customer for many years (in the 1000s of Euros). I usually was quite happy although especially the German Airport products have been delayed forever and the quality is far from state-of-the art. I bought a product called "Mega Airport Rom" at December 2013 with the FS2004 version ready and the promise of an FSX/P3D version being delivered very soon. In July 2014 they decided to cancel the project and change the developer. Having their customers disappointed they offered them to wait for a new version from a new developer or get a similar product or refund if they filled out a form. Now I have missed their mail and I certainly had better things to do in July than to dig through their forums/website. Now 2 years later They have finished the new version and deny me the download because I didn't ask for it in 2014. I already paid for the product and because THEY changed the developer team I am denied the already paid download? Searching through the forums I discovered several other people with the same problem. They certainly have lost me and others as a customer. So buy what is reviewed and tested but never trust in promises for future releases. In many projects releases are delayed by years and quality varies greatly. The usually good and polite communication stops abruptly as soon as a problem arises. Forum threads are being closed and customer support just stops communicating with something similar to "I think we did our best to deal with the situation - we can't get any money out of this particular transaction with you - so please get lost and come back when you want to drop more money on us." Also do not expect installers for newer versions of prepared or updates on sceneries on existing products. If they don't make money on the update immediately, they don't invest in existing products/customers.
