Fast shipping and well-packed equipment
Very fast shipping and a very well-packed package. The equipment was packed in one large box, inside which there was another box, and inside that box there were two more boxes. Each of them contained the original Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo boxes.
The delivery time was quite long, but I placed my order at the last minute before Christmas, and despite the lightning-fast shipping, the package got stuck at the Polish-German border before the holidays. However, I can't blame Aerosoft for that.

Great company but awful choice of UK courier.
I've been using Aerosoft for over 20years having lived in Germany and never had a problem with them but now living in the UK, I will be sticking with Amazon for my FS hardware. The problem is Aerosoft uses a logistics company worse than EVRI and it's UPS. I paid 25 euro for delivery and UPS are asking for £54 import duty on an item costing 200 euro, if and when they finally get round to actually delivering the packet. Sorry Aerosoft but if you choose a logistics company with a 1.3 star rating on Trustpilot you business will suffer.

Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong. But I don't like being forced to install tools on my computer that I don't know what kind of data they're pulling.
And since I can only receive the purchased goods through them, I'm also forced to do a lot of work afterward to get the files where I want them. I, the customer.
A simple download link would be completely sufficient and would make many customers very happy. You're lucky that almost all providers do this, so I only buy from you what I can't get from the provider who acts in a customer-friendly manner.
Edit: I've also buyed Hardware. For that deal I spend 5 stars. Fast, correct and a good price.

Hello, many users nowadays prefer a centralized installation manager, especially when using a lot of addons. It also helps us distribute updates faster and offer more helpful support.
When it comes to data collection, we are bound by the GDPR like everyone else. You could use a software like Wireshark to verify that Aerosoft One -- which I assume you're referring to -- doesn't send/collect any data that you didn't consent to.

I bought the Aerosoft A330 when it came out in October 2024... The second I saw what a complete trash fire it was, I asked for my money back. They told me no and said I should just trust them to fix it. Well, it's been almost a year now, and what do you know... it's still a total junk!

I would have given a 5 except 2 things and they’re probably bugs within the Aerosoft app: 1. My default if I set currency should be my country currency. It’s misleading when I see the price of some items look affordable, and come to realize it costs more because of the currency it auto defaults to.
2. My new purchases don’t show unless I restart my PC, then they show up. I had to tinker with stuff to find that out. Not sure if it’s the app or Windows 11.

1. If you visit the website from a US IP address it should default to the US shop with USD prices. If it doesn't that's an error and we will look into it.
2. For new purchases to show up, it's usually sufficient to restart the Aerosoft One app or log out and back in again. A system reboot isn't necessary.

Awesome company with awesome products! I have been using their products for over 15 years since FS2004 times, then FSX and now FS2020. I mostly use their Airbus products and their German and European airports, and I could say they produce the most realistic products in this sense. Great Job Aerosoft guys!
