If I could give 0 stars, I would. Have a pair of sandals from Aerosoft from years ago & love them. Durable & comfortable, I decided to purchase another pair but didn't wear them until a couple months after purchasing. Wore them 1 day & the soles are literally breaking in two. Contacted the company & they stated their 30 day refund policy & refuse to correct the situation.
I purchased a pair of Aerosoft slip on sandals for women, after 4 months the sole started peeling and at 5 months the sole completely cracked. I had worn them only occasionally. When I contacted the company they said they can only assist within 30 days of purchase.
Until now, I have always enjoyed Aerosoft shoes. The latest pair arrived with a strange, strong odor. I contacted customer service, asked for an exchange, was sent a mailing label and a pair was then mailed.
This pair arrived with the same odor. I contacted them to return them however, I learned that I would have to pay shipping. Keep in mind that this wasn't an error on my part. They sent me a defective, smelly shoe. I received my refund for the shoes but am out the shipping it took to return them.
That ranks a "less than one star" in my book, I will no longer purchase their shoes and I will also direct people not to deal with them. I can understand if I had ordered the wrong size, didn't like the color, etc however, this defective product was "on you". Had to spend $9.00 to return a defective item. You should be ashamed. This review will be placed anywhere I can find a review section.
