For the past 17 years, my journey with facial paralysis has been long, frustrating, and often tearful. The psychological burden of this condition has deeply affected my self-esteem and the way I interact with people, as the residual effects of paralysis are a lifelong challenge. Over the years, I’ve sought treatment from countless practitioners, including cosmetic surgeons and nurse practitioners, all of whom have used botox and fillers to address my concerns. While some of these treatments have yielded positive results, the improvements were often subtle and never quite transformative.

That all changed when I met Michelle. She took the time to assess my individual needs with precision and care and after just one appointment with her, I’ve experienced noticeable improvements that I thought were unattainable. My left eye, which had been hanging down and catching my eyelashes—a problem that also affected my vision—has been lifted. The symmetry of my eyebrows has improved significantly, and the synkinesis in my left eye has improved tenfold, something I thought I would have to endure indefinitely.

For people without facial paralysis, these changes might seem small, but for those of us who live with the residual effects every day, they are monumental victories. Facial paralysis carries a profound psychological burden. It affects your self-esteem, the way you see yourself, and the way you interact with the world.

Living in Madrid, I will gladly continue to travel to Liverpool for treatment with Michelle. It has taken me 17 years to find someone with her skill, understanding, and dedication. A simple treatment which i have had successfully done here over the years ten times to be exact went wrong the last two times and burnt the skin on my face leaving permanent scarring this company continues to remove my honest reviews i have been polite and respectful throughout even though the owner is willing to lie and take no responsibility for what has happened after i raised concerns it wasn’t until i complained i was told she had photo evidence of before the scar had happened and i couldn’t come back for treatments i had already paid for even when the owner had been taking photos of the damage afterwards for several months and i only complained about it after Michelle wouldn’t give me time at appointments to talk about it and she was ignoring my emails and calls she gave me her word in her office that she would do everything possible but it kept getting dismissed i went here thinking it was a good clinic because it was on Rodney Street and the i thought it was worth the money but it’s run like a back street salon

I have been having treatments with Michelle due to having long lasting effects from Bells Palsy. Each time I leave Aesthetically You I feel like i have found an extra piece of confidence that I had once lost. More recently we have been looking at how we can correct my smile. It had unfortunately never recovered, leaving one side droopy and the other not so. Michelle discussed options, was very honest about what to expect and explained what treatment could help. I was put at ease straight away with the friendly professional staff from reception and by Amy who carried out my first experience lips fillers.

There was no insulting hard sell to have different costly procedures carried out.

The numbing cream worked really well along with Anys gentle tequnique also
there's no bruising the next day. My lips look really natural I'm so happy I got the courage up to get my thinning lips re plumped.

She even gave me a squeeze ball to take my mind off the needles which was really thoughtful.

I have been a patient of Michelle's for nearly 6 yrs . I initially came to her after suffering a facial palsey (Ramsey Hunt)
Michelle is fantastic and the help she has given me to restore my confidence with Botox , Lip filler but the most significant treatment Michelle recommended is Emface .I had 4 sessions over 12 months ago then most recently Michelle recommended 1 session maintenance. The results from a year ago and the maintenance have been amazing restoring fullness and symmetry and I can’t thank or recommend Michelle enough for how she has made me feel and look so much better .
If anybody is thinking about having anything done to their face I would recommend Michelle as she is a perfectionist and has a less is more approach which is so important !!

Such a lovely practice with such warm and friendly staff. I completed a course of 4 Emface treatments with Hollie and she made the whole process so smooth and comfortable from start to finish! This treatment has massively helped with my facial asymmetry and i would 100% recommend for anyone going through something similar.
