Had a hydrafacial with Hollie today what an amazing treatment finished off with a shoulder massage, my skin feels amazing will definitely book in again.

I went for a £50 consultation in May 23 for a none surgical rhinoplasty. Was advised not to have to procedure on the day, like I was expecting to have / I had had the numbing cream applied by staff upon arrival. Anyway was told I would receive some before and after pics and more written communication/ information. I’m still waiting now, I have messaged a few times and what’s been told it’s on Michelles to do list, then was advised to make another appointment to see Michelle which would of cost me another £50 no thanks

My first visit to have tattoo removal (eyebrows). Staff very helpful and friendly. Procedure was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend and have further treatments.

I had Botox with Amy at AY yesterday Amy was absolutely lovely and put me at ease throughout, she was extremely professional. I cant wait to come.back for more botox . Thank you Amy!

Aesthetically You is an excellent clinic. The staff are nice, welcoming and very good at their jobs. Michelle has great knowledge on facial palsy and I certainly recommend her for other people who needs help with facial paralysis

I had a consultation with Michelle yesterday to treat mild sykinesis that I developed post Bell’s Palsy and was immediately put at ease by Michelle who explained exactly what was happening and what she can do to resolve my issues. I now feel confident that I chose the right clinic to treat me and I am very much looking forward to my treatment with Michelle!

I travel from warwickshire to see michelle which is a 5 hour round trip.

After years of going to the wrong practitioners (including doctors!) michelle corrected the work for me years ago and i personally wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are a honest company which will tell you what will work, and more importantly, what wont! Michelle talked me out of having jaw and cheek fillers years ago & im so glad she did! I like the ethos of aesthetically you, and the educational presence they have particularly for our younger generation. Making their audience aware of perception drift, and by not using filters and showing that even celebrities are not perfect. This is so refreshing as so many aesthetic companies do the exact opposite of this. Michelle has a natural way of making you feel great about yourself before you have any enhancements. Went for a laser treatment. The place is very clean and professional. The staff are very nice. Amy is very good at doing my face. Had a very good experience there.

Had my first LPG session with Amy today and I can notice a difference already! Amy is lovely and made me feel very comfortable.

Met with Michelle for a consultation about my melasma which has taken over my life for 2 years. I have worn makeup every single day since developing it all over my face. She advised me of this new laser procedure and said I would be a great candidate for it. I was booked in for an appointment 4 days later and had one session of laser all over my face. Two days in, the melasma on my right cheek has almost disappeared! The melasma on the rest of my face has began to break up into little fragments and is clearing! I am so grateful for Michelle and the team as this has already changed my life!!

15 years ago, I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. Although my symptoms improved, I was left with asymmetry to my face, which has lead to confidence and anxiety issues. I over analysed every part of my face and I always felt like people were looking at me. Over the years, I have visited a number of practitioners who claimed to be able to help, but in reality, they understood little about my condition and I never saw the results that I longed for.
I had heard about Michelle’s amazing work with facial palsy patients through a friend and was really impressed with the results that I saw on Instagram
Even after my first consultation, I was more optimistic than ever before and felt at ease as Michelle was so knowledgable about facial palsy
I have had 4 sessions on emface and also a little bit of botox and I genuinely can’t believe the results! I have had so many compliments and my confidence levels have improved dramatically
The work that Michelle does is simply life changing for facial palsy sufferers. It has taken me over a decade to find someone who truly understands not just the physical impact but also the emotional impact that Bells palsy can have on a person

Results of treatment were perfectly fine but I will be switching to a different injector for any future work.

I couldn't tell if Michelle was deliberately having a go at ‘negging’ me by using critical language about parts of my face I had not expressed any interest in touching in order to get some impulse/insecurity purchases out of me, or if she is just a bit unpleasant as a person.

It’s 2023; you don’t need to talk to clients like we hate ourselves or use judgemental terms (“oh, let me see those crows feet, they’re not *that* bad” “the thing is it’ll make your chin look worse” and other such charming phrases) whilst shoving a mirror into our faces.

Very unprofessional and a bit sad.
