The AI generated reviews are not a testament of this company’s far-reaching policies about certain banking institutions that are automatically disqualified and will mislabel your bank account but only after they get actual bank statements that verify income. A complete waste of time to consider this organization with its high finance charges and minimal credit offerings. Do yourself a favor and build credit where you are treated with respect and get positive results!

The company is not good at all.

This company is a joke. Customer service is terrible, when you ask to speak with a manager never happens. The representative have no knowledge about the company procedures. The representative does not let you speak. They owe me a refund and the representative does not know nothing about it blaming another company for that. Terrible experience. I will report this company to the Departmebt of Consumer affairs.

This company is total ass

This company is total ass. When I took out a loan for $3,100, the rep clearly stated that I would have a set bi-weekly payment. Now my bi-weekly payment shot up to over $300 more. On all my other loans, it had a set bi-weekly payment. They also will not coordinate the payment dates to your paydays. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I plan on getting another loan to pay this one off and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

These reviews are fake

These reviews are fake, the amount of interest being charged should be illegal. I got a loan a 2 months ago for $2750. The listed “pay is $3860. I called to pay off this loan today thinking what I owe is $3860. I was told that it would take over $10,000 to pay off my loan. A $2000 payment will only pay $70 on the principal. They will gladly accept $3860 today but my principal will drop by less than $200. I will give them this though, I have a plan to take care of all of my personal debt by simply paying things off. This company right here will literally force you into bankruptcy. Upon reading other reviews on BBB, you will see that if you get behind they will immediately sue you and garnish your wages. They will add the lawyer fees on top the insane interest. So it’s a realistic possibility that this $2750 loan could cost me over $15,000. They will choose this route 10 out of 10 times before they will accept their quoted “pay off amount”

No help!

Got locked out of my account for no reason after paying for several months on time. Password reset link does not work, hasn’t been for a month that I know of! All contact info is invalid. Phone number goes straight to voicemail, and I haven’t gotten a reply to my email.

I wouldn’t even give one star

I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to. I borrowed money because of the government shutdown. I got a $3000 line of credit but did NOT ask to have the full $3000 put in my account but it showed up in there. Then they want a monthly payment from me of $1100 in December of all months! I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no three times. Do NOT us advance financial!!! They set you up to fail!

Can I give this company 0 stars? I would absolutely never trust them with my money as they clearly don't have normal peoples best interest in mind, just billionaires. Run far away from these people!!

No recomendable 👀

Based on my experience, this lender is a total scam. I've been paying triple what they lent me for a year. The interest is extremely high, not to mention that when they lent it to me, they told me one thing and it was another. I don't recommend it. Terrible service.

What a scam. Borrowed 1600 in December, 2024 and ended up having to pay $3670 in April because they charged 300% interest and penalty. They would not settle. Tried getting into my account, was able to login but unable to look at any transactions or my profile, the agents could not email anything that showed my account at zero balance. I will be reporting to the attorney general.

I believe I was just scammed

I opened an account easy and quickly. When I requested $50 it didn't go into my bank and I call 5 times at different times throughout the afternoon & evening but no one answers the phone. I'm going to have to call my bank and close my checking account. Disappointed. I knew it was too easy. Scam.
