The customer service was amazing. The lady who worked with me went all out to help me get a loan. It took us a couple of hours to complete the process and she was sweet and patient.

I have convience pay turned off and this should not be happening. If I get another message saying that y'all tried to take it out of my other card I will call the authorities if I have to. Cause this is trying to rip people off.
