Selena F. ,from the Murfreesboro location, epitomizes professionalism but more importantly, a genuine patient compassion that cannot be instructed or taught during an orientation process!! She not only walked me through my extensive difficulty with the online process because of a prior long ago account but phoned back to make sure I was able to successfully complete and upload necessary documents. She was a true Godsend and needs to be rightfully recognized! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with this particular Advance Financial Store.
I was greeted by a very knowledgeable •understanding• helpful and kind agent named Bruce. It was a lengthy process due to some technological issues but overall, I left very very satisfied with the outcome.
It was ‘emergency’ money that was needed for an immediate vehicle repair expense. I would highly recommend this
store for anyone needing assistance
for extra funds.

Process was quick and simple online. Funds were deposited within minutes!!! One of the reps called me while completing the process to see if I needed any help (I didn't but it was a nice process for people that may have tech issues). Will definitely recommend and will be using as ongoing for my emergency funds as needed!
