The men that worked on Friday may 9th at the boardway store with dark hair is very rude and unkind. I came in to cash my paycheck and make a early payment I have never been late on a payment he told me my payment had went up I asked how he told me it changes every single day he was rude try to dismiss me told me he was not dealing with me next customer when I was there first .. I told him no I was here first it’s my turn I asked him to try to explain it again he told me “your just not getting it” then told me what I was telling him he just didn’t believe that his Employees would tell me what they did which was only my payments would 42.00$ biweekly I told him the phone calls are recorded that I make my payment on time I don’t understand how my rates are going up and up and very in a daily basis he then told me he was done talking to me , explaining it that I just couldn’t understand but when I asked questions he barely could answer them then told me I just don’t know how to tell you bc you don’t understand I am a good Customer I came to them for help agreed to the amount that I was getting for the amount that I would pay biweekly. I make my payments on time twice a month and I feel that as a on-time paying customer, I should’ve been treated with respect a little bit more kindness And he should’ve took the time to speak with me instead of trying to dismiss me in front of a group of people that is very unprofessional

The gentlemen that was on the phone and helped me was awesome he answered every single question and got me approved right away yes It was only 50 but it helped

It was very easy I'm a older guy and the girls did all the work for me so I appreciate the help and definitely the loan plus the payment options thanks very much
