Stress relieved in minutes!!
The clerk at the desk in that most stressful day was awesome!! Many Kudos to her. I was so over whelmed with financial relief I failed to get her name. She did have a nametag on though!! She helped out in many ways I've never seen a CS rep do. And she definitely knew her stuff.
Other institutions didn't blink an eye to deny at first, but once it got online you guys had approved for a flex loan, not did the offers hit my e-mail + the phone calls which I had to actually turn.it off momentarily.
