The Way David Handled All Of My Questions & Concern About The Loan Process His Customer Service Was On Point!!

I applied for a Flex loan and was given a letter to call the number on there cause they couldn't prove my identity, after I provided all the documents except for my Bank Statement. Anyway after speaking to someone on the phone they gave me the fax number to fax my bank statements upon doing that I spoke with so many agents on the phone for a day in a half before being approved for only a less amount. Need to be more Professional.

I had just came from cash now on highway 58 looking for a fast loan up to 500 dollars. It was 2:30 pm on Saturday memorial weekend. The guy told me I needed to have a bank account with a local bank, verification and valid Id along with 2 references. One personal and one business etc. Needless to say I had all those things, but his energy was so negative I just said nevermind. ( Poor customer service).

On the other hand I drove a little down hwy 58 and saw Advance Financial. So I stopped in and asked the same question. I would like to see if I qualify for a 500 loan? The lady at the desk Chandra said, Welcome to Advance Financial and let's check for you right now. So she asked me for my ID, social security number and banking info. I said, sure...I showed her my banking information from my phone. She said, excellent that will work. After 15 minutes of paperwork and little conversation...she said I was approved for 660.00. Needless to say, I was impressed. She also said, this is an expensive loan so if I pay it back early there will be no penalty fee. I said, yes I agree.

So my overall experience is 100% satisfied with Advance Financial. All I have to do now is pay them back on time. Thanks for the opportunity Advance Financial. From George Nelson / Chattanooga Tennessee.
