Honestly it was a bit of a pain trying to do it on my phone. But that could have been the issue? Was just annoying. Make sure you're in a place with great service. I did call for help and it was quick and easy. Got money within minutes.

This was a very quick and easy process. I had approval within 15 minutes. I love that I don’t have to take all of my money at once. It is there for whenever I need it.

Got a letter saying pre-approval for 4000 get there and only got approved for 397 was trying to consolidate some bills and I wasn't able to consolidate anything a major disappointment now stuck with an extra payment

The online website does specify or disclose the correct Interest Rate, just 24%, doesn't state monthly, annually, BI-WEEKLY like the payments are made or Daily. The Manager at store in Shelbyville, TN argued that it was 24% MonthIy. That is incorrect.
I spoke with Customer Service for an about an hour. They stated and argued that it was 24% annually. I proved it was not and that the Company Calculation Methods were Deceptive & VERY Misrepresented to Consumers. The representative said this method was approved by the Company Attorneys. No Suprise.

In actuality, it is well over 240% and this was not
disclosed to me before Signing, I was told 24%
before accepting the offer, no time frame.

Also, they do not disclose or even know that the payment is deducted well before the bank even opens on the due date, in my case around 0400 am.

Also, the online system keeps asking you for new payment methods & would not accept the card and account I had designated for making payments. This is an obvious attempt to accumulate any other cards or account you may have. After reviewing the agreement, it says they can use any Account you ever use on any time. When I went to the store, after I would not enter any other cards, they had the card on file I had designated which the online System was rejecting, and were able to make the payment using it, without issues.

It is obvious what the System is trying to do.

Also, the store manager in Shelbyville, TN assured me before I signed for the line of credit that this would help my credit score because it was reported when you pay on time. This was found to be untrue when I checked to verify it. Then the store Manager changed her story when I confronted her about it. I do not trust this company, at all, anymore.

I was mildly surprised by how easy it was to acquire my account and how pleasant the experience was..I had the money I needed and I got it fast. They were very knowledgeable and had all the answers. I highly recommend them
