Sharon went out of her way to help me get a loan until pay day,,,,she did an excellent job being very patient and helpful today

Have been with this company for years. I will not borrow from this company ever again!!! I have made all payments on time and never got behind. I paid them off this month. 4 reasons I will not borrow again: Do not not borrow if your trying to build your credit! I’m pissed once I pulled my credit and saw they don’t report.

1. The flex payments are entirely too high
2. They do not report to the credit bureau!!
3. This company does not help your credit
4. Interest Rate is extremely high ( predatory)

Very professional and helped me through everything

Got a loan they applied auto pay some how I have a past due balance instead of account being paid off and closed been collecting payments from check for over a year, yet the loan has grown even more. Emailed them no solution.

Extremely disappointing experience. The application itself was quick and easy, but the system kept kicking me out during the process. Before I knew it, everything had been finalized, and I was never given the opportunity to enter my debit card information so the funds could be available to me the same day.

I specifically needed the funds today and explained that to them. Their response? There was nothing they could do and I would have to wait 2–5 business days. No real assistance, no alternative solution, and no effort to help resolve the issue.

I was even told that once I received the money, I could simply send it back if I no longer needed it. That completely missed the point. I needed access to the funds today, not days from now.

The process may have been quick, but the customer service and lack of assistance were extremely disappointing. When a customer explains that there is an urgent need for the funds, being told essentially “there’s nothing we can do” is not helpful customer service.

I would not recommend this experience to anyone who needs timely access to their funds.

I think you’re lying when people write good reviews about your company. I think you’re a big huge rip off and you should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for the ungodly amount of interest you charge if I had read through the lines I would’ve never in 1 million years taking out a loan or whatever it is with your company. Once I paid off, that’s it I will never use you again.

Website is impossible to add or change information. Exorbitant interest and fees. At this point I'll be dead before I get this paid off

Easy to request $ a little confused on when I will get the deposit but over all an easy process
