im now sick to my back teeth of my…

im now sick to my back teeth of my local spar shop because the manager dont give a shit about ppl who live around the shop!! the staff lift the gate rod out of its pocket but then drop it on the tarmac allowing it to drag across the tarmac as they open or close the gate! it makes a hurendouse noise!! this is 6-6.30 am and 10pm!! ive tried talking to them but just get told to 'shut up and put up with it' they also have told ALL delivery drivers to park on the street to unload their vans to then take goods into the shop! warburtons is the WORST!!! delivery, the driver dont give a brass money where they park or how they park nor the amount of noise they make!!

As a customer its no my job to fix your problems

Spar BP Matlock Rd, Chesterfield S40 3JQ This petrol station is now a BP SPAR as of the time writing this review 2/6/24 no longer an Esso as some recirds may show. It is managed and owned by A F Blakemore and son Ltd. I have encountered two issues of failure. 1. I filled up the diesel Ultimate BP and presented my BP card to the cashier. I was told "Sorry" it isn't BP fuel it is Texaco. I said then why does the pump handle say BP Ultimate. "Sorry," said the cashier we haven't filled the tanks with BP fuel yet. The second point of failure was yesterday. All fuel pumps bar 2 were out of fuel ⛽️ 😳. I went home and telephoned to ask when the next delivery was due. I was then told BP Ultimate Diesel pumps are all defective and an ETA of repair is unknown. I'm extremely disappointed.
24/9/By far the worst BP garage. Still no BP ultimate diesel it's been months. It'd now October and the issue still exists. On the 24/9, I was contacted by someone called Terri who asked me to forward this information on to BP. This Terri was labelled as an owner. I had already escalated the issue to BP complaints. Terri wanted me to call a telephone number and go onto a website to make a complaint. Something the owner Terri should have done themselves.

We have used this company for 4 years…

We have used this company for 4 years now and this will be the last year. For the first 3 years we had an account manager, Stephen left and Aaron was moved to another department. Since this has happened the service we now receive is shocking, the manager in telesales can't be bothered to help us and we keep receiving short dated products. As we run a Christmas hamper company we need products that have a date passed a certain point in the year and have requested this numerous times. We have been told that the dates can't be checked and also if the product is sent out to us and it is within the minimum shelf life, we would not be able to return it. Why are big companies so unable to flexible.
