Well no matter how I communicate with AML, via their website or AML email they never reply. The ferry was 2 hours late, no apology as they were loading life rafts and in no rush or interest in customers. Their ferry does not appear on the Algeciras port website/app so you never know if it is going to be leaving and then when they refuse the reply to communications we and many other customers are not happy with them and will look for another way to travel to/from Morocco.
