I am a regular user of Brittany Ferries and always find them efficient, on time and clean. All staff are really wonderful - happy, informative and polite. As for value, I find the summertime of taking a car across the channel a little more than I'm willing to pay. For this reason I tend to travel in the wintertime or otherwise travel as a foot passenger. I rarely purchase food on board, though when I have, I've found it tasty and good value. the few times my journey has been subject to delay, the issue has been dealt with sensibly and with a minimum of disruption.
