The interior fit out was vey new, toilets excellent. Deck hands were all polite, with clear instructions and hand signals. The forward eating area had great staff with a traditional canteen kind of set up. The food was fresh and had not been stewing in the serving trays for hours like on other ferry services. Also you could actually see the food, not like other ferry services who hide the food in a box. Looking forward to the next sailing.

Unpleasant customer services at the check in. Booked the ferry for 2:10am and been denied enter even though cleared before the time.

Worse company I’ve ever used …they’ve texted me to be there 2 h earlier…which I’ve did …but they ve delayed me for next ship..not costumer service at all tried to get some explanation from staff why I’ve been delayed to next ship even if I’ve arrived 2h earlier..but nothing…I’ve never use their service again and definitely not recommend them

I was having the ferry at 00:50 .At 11:00 I arrive there and was a big queue.I stay 1:30h for 1 km and when we give the passport they tell that it,s to late and they booked us for 2:10am.I am very disappointed.They can inform us if was so busy to come more early .
