Efficient and effective. A well oiled machine. If I had one criticism it would be the lack of direction through the car park to the train queue for a newby. That part was a little overwhelming but it only took me a minute to work it out. I think the wording of the sign could be more simple ie "this way to train"

Hi dear I bought tickets from aFerry and I pay for the car and roof box When I arrive to To cross channel they told me you have to pay for Rofbox and I told them I have confirmation email from aFerry I pay for the Car and Rofbox . They told me they didn’t put the Hi dear In Eurotunnel, they didn’t mention the height of the car. They told me the aFerry did mistake. They didn’t put on our system Car with the rofbox the a ferry they put just the car without the roof box that’s why you have to pay for the Rofbox they didn’t mention about the height of the car. I think that makes sense. What I’m saying that’s why I’ve been told pay for the box and then called a ferry, we refer the money to you because they did mistake. They put the car on our system without the box. Rofbox on the system so you have to pay and then get a refund from the aFerry when I contact the Aferry no reply I send a lot of messages no reply this is not On. I’m still fighting for refunding the money I pay for the Rofbox .still I didn’t get refund yet
